Very comparable phones you know, apart from that screen res, which you wouldn't notice to the eye, unless you had a 1080p sitting right next to it.

Is there any overseas sellers that stand out as better?
I'm regularly seeing 'No warranty' on these kind of posts.

Na, not really, they all don't offer any kid of warranty that is useful to UK buyers.
Having tested a few phones at work recently I was struck at how little difference their seemed to be between 1080p and 720p screens.

Maybe my eyes are wearing out. Or maybe there's not that much difference unless you hold it really close. Maybe I'm in a dream and this deal doesn't exist anyway (fingers crossed, can't justify it).
The review I read with regard to the screen says the issue is because its an AMOLED and 720, had it been LED and 720 it would have been ok.

Quote from GSMarena:
The actual resolution is 720 x 1,560 pixels (19.5:9 aspect) or 286ppi density. This could have been fine, but the PenTile OLED matrix isn't suited for low-res screen because it has less subpixels than a regular RGB display and pixelization and jagged texts are occasional. The Galaxy S III kickstarted the use of PenTile AMOLEDs and even this 2012 smartphone had higher pixel density at 306ppi.

It is a dream, life's a dream, now send me your phone, and car keys through the post, as they don't actually exist.
I think the phone's average price is about £135,if you go by AliExpress, but it's getting the right buyer. The 128gb is just over £150. Hopefully it'll get even cheaper,I like the white one,but I already have 7 phones to many😁

Yup totally agree, yet you have people on here clamouring to lynch apple because they don't have 4k screens

Agree. I just picked up a 6th gen iPad for peanuts and the screen looks lovely.

Dude come on Redmi Note 7 all the way cause you know screen and camera
So from what I can see you save about £50 but have no warranty. Is that right? Doesn't seem that enticing to me - but then I couldn't afford to take the risk it might fail after a month and I'd lose £135. I guess not everyone's as poor as me!

Basically yeah, completely your choice, and totally understand your situation.

People need the comfort of a warranty
