What did you put on the original dispute. I've made over 650 orders from aliexpress and never lost a penny, the odd time I've had an issue (~20, under 5%) I've always won the dispute and been refunded without issue, I've found the support better than a lot of UK companies as long as you're concise and clear.

I ordered this last time it was posted item never turned up. I'm confused by there order status as its showing 2 orders one says it's been delivered and the other says it's been cancelled.

Do these arrive quicker than the estimated turnaround? Does anyone know?I've still got the version so I'm certainly due an upgrade

It's all depends sometimes its more Then 4 weeks sometimes its 5 days, I buying lot of things from clothes to small electronics and just can say that electronics things usually coming in less them 2 weeks. And clothes usualy need much more time. In my opinion You schould ignore estimated time. Only once my parcel been close to estimated time and that was when i ordered xiaomi mi 9 and it went for customs (they hold it for 3 weeks...)

Tracking order says that the shipping was cancelled, so just biding my time to request a refund. 5/5edit: silly me, seems the seller posted it again and the package was "signed for" on the 26/10/19.Certainly wasn't signed for by anyone in my household. Now begins the fun of getting this refunded. I did make it to my second order from ali before i ran into trouble at least, which is better than i expected.

Update. Just incase anyone is interested. I too bought from the previous deal like cjb2015 above. Filed a dispute and got a refund this morning without any counter offers or actual dislogue from the seller. I wonder if the seller made a mistake (as i has 2 orders too, one cancelled) and then just hoped nobody would query it.

This probably won't put me off ali though, as the refund process seems weighted in favour of buyers. Good luck!

For less than £19 it’s an absolute steal! I’ve had mine since it first came out. It manages 30-40 days between charges without trying. It doesn’t have fancy features but the features it does have work really well, the app is clean and easy to understand l. Genuinely the best £20 I’ve spent this year!

My only small criticism is that the screen seems to scratch easy, but for the price it’s not going to have gorilla glass now is it...

Any deals on tin foil hats or iProtectors?

Great product. Variable delivery experiences. Have this as replacement for MiBand2 (still working but near unreadable)

I had an issue too, would not even let me respond to an issue I had. Fast going of Alliexpress. As I’ve now got another item that does not work. (A clip Style charger for the band, so it does not need to be taken off the strap) just shuts band down as soon as I connect it. May be wired up wrong.

Heat for the offer..so tempted to upgrade since it came out, if only it had BP as well.

bought the Mi-Band 3, loved it.
had a health scare, so had heart scan, nurse questioned about band and offered to compare with NHS machine, out by 1 beat..good enough.for me.
not bad for a £20+ buy.

great battery, BUT not sure if all do it, but it will count car ride, motorbike ride as part of the steps, so be aware.

i also bought a cheapie to see if it would keep track of my BP.
health trend more then absolute accuracy, as wrist based less accurate then cuff,

have to say cheapies heart rate matched the 3 perfectly.

Was more then impressed by Xaomi, since then.
How do you get it for £17.18? The price goes up to £18.88 as soon as I select one, or more if I select any other than the first.

How does paying by PayPal reduce the cost further from $20.99? PayPal adds $1.75 when I go through the process.
Edited by: "Sephiroth" 11th Nov
I ordered the £17.45 whilst it was still in stock but the order processing page shows £24.17. Has anyone else had this problem? will the discount be added later? I don't want the later amount to be debited from my card. Have sent message to seller but no response.

Strange, I did get a discount of USD 3 for paying with PP. There was a PP fee of like USD 0.80 though - but all in all cheaper

I did order from a brand new account. Have you placed orders with your account before?

This happened to me last time I was buying a phone case last week. My bank shows transactions immediately on the app so I logged in and the reduced price was what they took. However the higher price stays on my account.
Can anyone explain why Aliexpress order page states different prices to what was displayed at payment page?
£19.83 is the cheapest I see now. Price keeps creeping up.
Anyone know why it's stating PayPal is unavailable for this product? Don't really want to pay with a card
What a joke Aliexpress is. Ordered yesterday with a New User and PayPal coupon, and today my order got cancelled. Official reason: "Sorry! Your order was closed due to security reasons. You may try again later or try paying without using coupons."

Security reasons...yeah sure...

You can still get it for under £20 Delivered. It's still an absolute bargain at that price.

Had no problems signing up on the App. Set up the Account before I got the Mi Band and no problems pairing.
The website now allows me to sign in and also the app with the Mi account details, but then it wants to me create the Mi Fit account and again just says "cant connect to server" after selecting UK and pressing next.

I ordered these on the 6th October they got “lost” somewhere in customs. (They were never sent) I am still waiting for my refund. Messaged seller over 30 times and they still haven’t refunded contacted aliexpress directly still no refund. They seller is also charging me a processing fee for the refund. Again complained to Aliexpress ...nothing. Any advice to speed them up?
