Its a shame you couldn't purchase an EU warranty or / and return insurance Would be cheap - Its Lightinthebox- a not too well reviewed Chinese seller . Best of luck with your £377 gamble .

Hopefully my phone insurance will cover warranty. Not sure about returns.

I hadn't thought of that . Make sure you have it insured - then when it goes wrong , drop it (accidentally of course) in the toilet . What could possibly go wrong ?

This company is the disgusting, they fake declarations when buyer purchase the insurance, and use the real for the order without duty insurance

I really don't see a problem here. I used PayPal so I strongly believe I'm protected if something will go wrong?

Yes, but for six months only. If the company allows it, I believe it is better to pay for it using your credit card as then the credit card company would be jointly responsible if something goes wrong.

True. Thanks for advice. I'm only counting on PayPal if the phone won't be delivered at all or develop a fault in first months of use, hopefully won't need to go PayPal claim process anyway.

Looking at the deal vote it does not looks like it was a good buy

This is a good price for this phone. Yes there are risks with buying from any of these Chinese sellers but the risks are similar with most the sellers. On that basis have some heat

Voted 🔥 OP!
I have been looking at this and the essential (which is about £70 more but a safer buy from Amazon USA).
I think this looks better but the essential would hold its value better and is more likely to receive updates.
Also like the Huawei mate 10 pro, which will be available in this country, so will also have manufacturing warranty, but will also cost a lot more. Decisions, decisions.........
