Pre-orders of the Redmi note 9 pro were due to be delivered today, although something seems to have gone wrong somewhere along the way and it's been delayed.. and Amazon seem to have no idea what is going on!

That’s usually a good thing with amazon, full refunds and phones (eventually )all round?

How do you know the problem is on Xiaomi's side? I'm thinking about Redmi note 9 Pro - they go for 298€, but come with nice accessories
- Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earbuds
- Xiaomi Mi Band 4
..
It is from Slovakia (where I live), so quite tempted to purchase it. Why Redmi Note 9 Pro was meant to be released later in UK, any idea? Is it some different model?

I'm interested to know the answer as I'm looking at both phone as well.

Exact same thing happened with me except it was with the dirt cheap 9S deal on Amazon. Mine went 'missing', Hermes stated they never received the parcel but I imagine someone somewhere helped themselves to it. I waited a week before contacting customer support by which time the phone had gone up in price by about £70.

To be fair though, it worked out well as after I explained I intended to still buy the phone and due to them losing it it was going to cost me more they credited my account with the difference. After which I bought the Realme 6 Pro at £299 instead!

Ah that's quite the result, I've been on to Amazon today but they don't seem to be wanting to part with anything to me

What are your thoughts on the Realme 6 Pro?

I couldn't even contact them until a set amount of time had passed as it said my order may still arrive, hopefully you get it sorted!

I really like the phone, it's a bit bigger than my previous phone (Moto One Vision) but it's definitely the best phone I've had since my Mate 10 Pro. I know the UI can be a bit hit & miss with these brands but the Realme UI is nice and simple, pretty close to stock android to be honest. There were a few apps pre-installed but it let's you uninstall them no problem. The only complaints I could have is that the battery life isn't quite as good as I was hoping for and the screen isn't as bright as I'd like (outdoor viewing in sunlight isn't great). I have the screen set to max brightness and 90Hz refresh rate so I guess that puts a bit more strain on the battery! Honestly though, I feel like those are just me being picky. Using the phone is buttery smooth, everything is rapid on it - charging, fingerprint scanner, switching through apps etc... I'd highly recommend it!

Smashing, thanks for the reply looking for a couple of reasonably priced phones for family members and this is high on the shortlist.. might have to bite... Don't suppose you've tried the WiFi calling on it have you? From what I understand it's natively activated but haven't seen anything about it working in the UK.

No worries mate - sorry but I've never tried WiFi calling - I've literally just turned it on though and it's given me a new icon in the status bar so it certainly has it! There's no where around me with poor signal that I could test it out for you though unfortunately.
Can get x2 pro 419 or xiaomi note 10 lite for 329 at them prices what would u recommend
