A great price for a great phone. Similar design to the note 7 with a 4070 mAh battery, fingerprint sensor on the front and has a 22.5MP rear camera, 8MP front camera and a snapdragon 821 chip

Chinese version so a little extra setup but UK 4G works fine

Typo....it's 5.7" screen

I was gonna say 4.7 is hardly a phablet lol
i have the 6gb ram/128gb storage version, its a great phone but very slippery without a case and as with most of xiaomi phones the real let down is the poor camera, even for a flagship phone as this was, they never seem to put in a decent camera !

Note 8 or this?

This is a better buy for the money. Unless you can get the note 8 for under £350.

Any idea about the camera Quality for this one
I have this phone and daylight pictures are great. Low light are washed out and look terrible at times. I've never got android auto to work on My phone for some reason. Apart from that it's not bad. I am going to get the redmi note 5 as camera is supposed to be superior. Will see...

If camera is important to you then the note 8 is far superior in that category. I've had my hands on with a lot of xiaomi phones and as much as i love them, the camera is always lack luster.

Cheers mate. I have Mi Mix2 atm but not very happy with the camera. Other than that all is great. Thanks
A Xiaomi phone deal that's not posted by Mrswitch? Surely it can't be very good then? Haha
Curved glass is beginning to be a turn off for me. Can't get tempered protectors to fit. As it happens, I've got a curved screen, I'm just going bareback. Hot for the deal though.

People saying the camera on this is bad but the selfie camera is one of the best going
It us an urban myth running down the cameras of Xiaomi phones, nay sayers should look at their apps. The cameras are great. There are loads of free camera apps out there, you just have to experiment which one is best for you.
My own experience with a screen protector on,is in sunlight outside you cannot see, the screen clearly. However the photos are great, and that includes using zoom apps, as well as addons like fish eye lens and macro, etc.
Just pressed the button on a mi mix 2 6gb from the UK for £267 should i of gone for this instead?

Was going to go for one of those too, depends on personal preference really the mi mix has a lot better screen to body ratio but the fingerprint sensors on the back and the cameras at the bottom, both are great for what they are
