Daft question maybe but are these legit? Bought a Xiaomi 9T and been reading that it has 2 baked in apps that could be considered suspect, analytics and another used for mining BC on the sly? Could consumers expect the same from this I wonder?
It's very unlikely, as far as I'm aware Google provide the software/updates for these rather than the manufacturer.

Cheaper than buying just ATV+ for 6 months. Heat!
This is what pops into my head with those initials, from my childhood and reruns of old shows

When they say Apple TV i didn't think they meant a TV the size of an apple...

If you are after a smart clock that you can set multiple different alarms on to go off at different days of the week then nothing beats this little thing.
Totally agree. If it has the Sunrise feature like the Lenovo, then it's a steal.

I bought a Lenovo clock from currys and all I was offered was a tastecard subscription no sign of Apple TV
Assuming you ordered online, they normally email you with the offer details a few days after the sale is complete.
We got this unexpectedly after buying a watch. I did need to set up a new Apple Account to utilises it (as I'd already benefited from a trial)

Does it work with Alexa as well

    Vs show 5?
Show is a more “integrated” system. This is basically a speaker clock

    Does this work with ring?

How does this compare to the Lenovo deal? Primarily as a speaker for Spotify for my daughter's bedroom hotukdeals.com/sha…054
Ive got a lenovo version, not great for music standalone but can be part of a group with other home speakers. If she doesn't need the clock a stereo paired set of nest minis would sound better, or a nest hub if the display is needed. Assume there'll be some deals this week for them

It's missing the majority off 📴 functions compared to the Chinese version, it's supposed to do so much more than what the global version does
    Seen videos of it.
Not worth more than 15£ unless they offer all the same features & access
