Seen this this morning, was gonna post it, but the prices don't seem as low as they should be, and the mi a2 is that same very price atm. They are calling it a 48 hour flash sale, it's anything but to m. Sorry op
I agree. Website is all over the place: countdown timer set to CET, hologram offer links to the Indian site

I'm not sure if the prices are changing once 8am hits because there's tons of stuff listed that doesn't seem to have a discount on it. I was hoping for something off the Mi 9t Pro even though it's been out here for about a day.

In the t&c's it tells you what the discounts are, and it doesn't make for happy reading.

Though op, the music competition may work with the reduced prices as well, so maybe change your op once it goes live?

Yeah I had a browse through there and you're right, doesn't seem like there will be anything else, especially with how transparent they've been with sales after their launch debacle the other year.
Kind of silly as the main picture in the sale advert is the handset everyone wants and it's not in the sale lol

48 hour flash sale of Erm £399?!
If the music quiz code will work then it should be £79.75 for A2 128GB

Music codes work on this promotion except one for Mi A2...
      Also £5off through their app...

Have you a link for this or are the codes generic?

Is the mi8 lite the best out of that list?

Is the mi8 lite the best out of that list?

I'd say it was, and the mi a2. Just a bit of a rip giving us the same prices we've had for the last week as a "flash sale"
so the mi a2 is £10 cheaper and 128gb which suggests the mi8 is significantly "better" as its only 64gb?
Usual bull plop RRP prices. Once upon a time retail companies had to stick to UK laws on sale pricing....the likes of Xiaomi seem oblivious.
They are just trying to shift old stock which is understandable. Once it's nearly all gone they will 'release' the A3 and Mi 9 Lite. Their RRP prices are always well above the usual prices you can buy stuff at, but then again plenty of manufacturers do something similar with their prices. Xiaomi's website leaves a lot to be desired, and the way they are displaying multiple different types of offers just adds to the muddle. I'm not sure who if anyone is in charge of their European websites, but they need firing.

Which is the better phone Mi 8 lite or Note 7? Thanks
so is the mi a2 not worth the money? asking as a family member was looking at the motorola g7 power at £159.99 and I thought the mi a2 was better spec for the money?

You can get unlocked moto G7 power for £139/£149 at giffgaff actually...
The A2 has no 3.5 socket, and only a 3000 battery. It also has no micro sd slot

Thanks yeah i'd seen that but no detail on whether it being the dual sim version and Argos can just go into store and grab one etc.

But on the flip side it has better cpu/ram and 128gb onboard and better screen. So neither are perfect - the 720p screen on the G7 would bother me but then it's not me buying it so will have to see what their priorities are.
@ MrSwitch ,, or anyone in the know ,,,Any good deals going for the Redmi Note 7,,, Thanks in advance......was late for the £122 deal at eGlobalCentral Uk few wks ago...sighhhh
