Why can't they invent something that can clean & dry my ass effortlessly and without getting my hands dirty after a session on the toilet?. We've only been doing this deed since man began.

Yep, instead of solving the problem, we just paper over the cracks...

Does anyone know if this one can be programmed for any function like the original thing or is it limited to the one's that seem to shown in the app?
What does it do?

Programmable button mounted on a headphone jack. Its programmed to how many times you press it e.g. 2times = flash light etc. Probably useless if you use the jack alot like me. Heat for the price though. OP should've put it in as I had no clue either lol

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong though

Bidet only splashes water over your backside. Doesn't clean it & certainly doesn't dry it.

You're talking about bidet of XVIII century. Modern bidet has a heated seat, retractable cleaning jets, sensors, automatic controls, a dryer and a deodorizer.
The is an app called MacroDroid on the playstore it lets you set up programmed events, buttons etc
I use it to provide a couple of buttons on the notification bar to unlink / relink my bluetooth headset when switching from my Phone to tablet (eg. on my train when commuting) also apps like Doggcatcher allow you to stop / resume playback (in my case podcasts) plus automatically download / manage RSS feeds. I think software automation like this might be more useful that a button? E.g. actions to trigger when charging, or when a specific Wifi network is detected / connected
I also use LAMA (lama - Location Profiles) free on the Playstore no ads this tracks the cell towers which your phone does anyway so used very little power Vs GPS it lets you train the phone to recognise areas like "home", "work" etc and then it can set the ring level / wifi / mobile data accordingly, it also has a time based schedule that can be combined with the cell tower tracking

Heat ++ to OP as this is a knock out price!

Talk about over inventing, wet wipe in hand, wipe, done
So I can press a button to do something (and have to remove it when I want to use the headphone socket)....or tap the screen on an app button to do something....

Seriously why ? Just why ?

Much more important that most of the top comments (although they are funny). OP should add this to post or better title.

MacroDroid sounds good. I ditched Lama as I was only using basic feature now in android to time my silent profile. I did buy taskr when on offer, but never used.
Mine arrived today but as I'm running Oreo the short presses don't work. It seems to be an issue going by the reviews on the app.

It says that it doesn't support Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or above so I wouldn't be surprised.
Yeah I only saw that today never mind only 47p
