My son wants a gaming monitor but I am not too technical when it comes to specs of gaming monitors . Isn't refresh rate of 60hz and brightness too low ? How about the response time ?
    Avatar
I wouldn't say this is geared for gaming, but it depends on his standards to be honest... what games does he play, and what does he play them on?

    Nice find voted hot
This monitor is absolutely fine for most people who do NOT play completive first person shooters on line where response times and maximum refresh rates are important.

    Speaker?
    Avatar
    No No No

NEVER buy a monitor for it's speakers!

    They are all

Budget for these (or something similar) instead

Just make sure you use a properly rated power supply, otherwise you'll damage the sd card.

    Worth the price!

@MrSwitch BTW it's IPS, not ISP
This isn't half bad, though secondhand 24 inch HP/Dell IPS monitors can be bought from around £45-50.

Why is it showing £79 on the main page but once you click, it says £129? (edited)

Lool... Thanks Switchy. Think I saw the price and got a bit captivated by it!

Does it have USB c port input?
    Avatar
    No.
  15. Avatar
Does it have VESA as I have desk mounts?
    Avatar
Doesn't appear to have them which sucks... I think there are adaptors for this but that's an expense which puts this in line with much more expensive kit so a false economy.
  16. Avatar
Would this ok to use for working from home as a second monitor?
    Avatar
There's a better one (but it has no VESA holes) ebay.co.uk/itm…855

£110with a 15%-off code too. You can also make the seller an offer like£106.

Looking for a dual-monitor setup to work from home.
    Avatar
Do you need the 75hz display?
  18. Avatar
Shame no Displayport. Do people still use VGA nowadays and what for?
    Avatar
Fine for presentations (mainly on projectors) and just useful for compatability with old devices. (edited)

Anyone here had any personal experience with Xiaomi Monitors? I understand its a relatively new product line for them
