Looking for a circa/under £200 phone;
Min 4gb 64gb, snapdragon, good camera, good battery, sizable phone if choice allows.

Note 2/3
Mi mix 1/2
Mi6
Huawei Honour 9
Huawei Honour 10 lite (under £140)
Are kinda on my lists of black Friday pickings..

Seems to tick my boxes, the note 3 is around £250 but I'm quite ok to stick to my budget.

For some reason the additional 6% discount code doesn't work.. I'll follow up on this, if it does work it'll knock it to about £208.

Not sure to wait for black Friday for the crazies to start buying or just jump now..

Any other shout outs welcomed!

Oh, for reference, other places are looking at around £280 for the phone..
Which is a bit stupid imo, not the newest phone, it should be in the £200 by now. But nothing to compete really so guess why it's held its price.
Looks like a lot of phone for the money. Heat.
Note that there's no band 20 or memory card slot.
If your not fussed about B20 then personally I'd look at this as well...

    geekbuying.com/ite…tml

slower CPU but you'd never notice day to day and the SD625 sips battery juice. a genuine 3 day battery phone.
also has a lovely OLED display and upgrades to Andorid 7.1....(there are also Android 8.0 roms on XDA..)

Lots of posts from people on this site who seem to suggest B20 doesn't matter
I ordered this from gearbest on 03/11 and received email that it was shipped the next day. Still waiting and no tracking info

Hmm tempting. It doesn't look very sexy, but definitely put this on the list

Thanks for posting this. Had struggled to find it at a reputable seller since Three stopped selling it - have taken the plunge with this.

Unless you are on o2 then it doesnt. But the lack of sd slot is a deal breaker.

It's actually a lot nicer in the flesh with full metal chassis and one of the best fingerprint readers out there....

Just be aware that the Non European version (which geekbuying/Gearbest etc sell) doesn't have Band 20.

Why Three stopped selling the P2 is beyond me...I'm looking for an upgrade now but can't find anything with a battery as good thats not lacking somewhere else...

64gb is more than enough for most people. Also you can save most things in the cloud

32506360-Cuy7w.jpgFYI its now dropped from £218 to £202.27 now.

Think they heard my wishes. I may buy it now

Edit: Case wise, I bought the Nillkin Hard case- little boring but I used it on my Mi5 and Mi4 previously (after trying a range of off other off brands).

    Nillkin case - ebay.co.uk/itm…649

    Skin protector - ebay.co.uk/itm…649

I have no feedfback on skin protector, just looked like the ZAG/Shield style gummy products I used a long time ago (which was good for scratches etc).

I was concerned about expensive glass protector (because of the curved glass), I'm trying this cheapo one first -

Most mainstream operators run on more than 1 4G frequency. B20 just extends the range of 4G so if your in outskirts then you may notice the difference.

Is the phone as per expected?

I'm so far happy. You may be right about B20. I've yet to use GPS and venture far from London.

Err yeah if you read my post you would know i basically said that. Only o2 relies almost soley on b20 800mhz altyhough i think they also have 1800mhz now.
Three and ee both have 1800 and 2600mhz.

Phone is large! I miss having a large phone, gotta get used to holding one again.

I would say I'm a little disappointed with the screen. Maybe I'm not used to amoled screens.. It's too bright at night time and just about bright enough in day time.

Performance is good, but never had issues with mi5 so I wouldn't with this.

Sounds is good, there's good depth. For what it is, surprising how much I care about the sound..

Battery life is not as amazing as I thought.. Its OK better, than a mi5 at 3000mah. But still only 1.5 days for my usage.

Screen protectors.. Apparently there's no glass ones which keeps the sensitivity levels the same (says on the forums). Mine lowered the sensitivity by a fair amount so I stuck on some gel screen protectors.

    Haven't received my case yet....
I've been using this phone for a good few weeks and am loving it. Fantastic value for money. Regarding the screen at night, it has a reading mode and I leave it on that all the time. I've opted for a slim wallet type case, so don't need a screen protector. Going forward, I will be doing a lot more shopping from Chinese sites
