To confirm, this is NOT the Global Edition. A few of the major carriers are Band 20.

Which is why I put "To confirm", in my post.

Why bother repeating what's all ready there in the title

Very tempted - wary not of Gearbest, but of Yodel though

This is a great price and though it is useful to know it's not b20 (as the original poster pointed out clearly ) - I don't think I care.

As long as I can make and receive calls on the very few occasions I actually use a mobile for that, and as long as I can use data in some form when I'm out and about - this ticks all the boxes for a cracking price.

Because a lot of people on here think that the international and global version are the same.

I was thinking B20 is not a big deal but it is! Sounds like this phone won't work well in EU and Russia at least.

Because not everyone is as clever as you.

TL:DR - if your network is provided by anything but o2 you will be OK buying it.

And now some longer explanation

If you read the description for international you'll see it's without LTE B20 support. While description of global indicates LTE B20 conectivity. I assume it's called international because multi-language software is installed. While global is for worldwide connectivity. Dunno why they confuse buyers :/. The phone will still work in the UK and is compatible with the UK networks. The major downside for you happens if your network is o2 (giffgaff and other piggybacks) as its 4G LTE runs only on B20. You will still be able to access 2G and 3G signal with o2. But if you think about using fast mobile internet connection this handset won't let you. EE, Vodafone and Three runs on B20 frequencies too but unlike o2 also on alternative LTE frequencies. So other networks will give you some 4G coverage. Please refer to this list 4g.co.uk/4g-…ow/.
If you want to save some money international version still can be a good buy. But if a limited 4G coverage is no-no for you than pricier global version is the one to go.

I am on PlusNet with no Band 20 phone. 4G 81% of the time. I have no complains at all.

Ordered this phone on 3/10 and only had a message for shipping yesterday. But still no tracking yet. It supposed to be shipped out within 2 days.
The other part of the order is not shipped yet?
