May someone recommend a **break proof** screen protector for this.

There are so many on ebay and I don't want to order a wrong one with 1 month wait time.
some comparisons of phones here: 4A, 5, Note 4, Note 5 (others available) kimovil.com/en/…2gb

Why has your other post been removed?
If you are after a budget phone from China, then it might be worth looking at older flagships on Aliexpress or Gearbest. I've recently bought an LG G4 (EU version) for a relative of mine from aliexpress for around £67, there was a dual sim version available as well.

Was it new/refurbished?

It was refurbished, I'm not sure if you could even find it new, as it would be hard to find stock from 2015

You never know with these Chinese sellers
Ordered loads of items from Gearbest, never had a problem.

What next? Do I get a cheque in the post? Will it be in pounds? Sounds like easy money to me. Where do I sign?

Gearbest - say no more - awaiting all the incentivised members to comment …Gearbest - say no more - awaiting all the incentivised members to comment saying "I've ordered loads of items from Gearbest , never paid any import duty, never had any problems " - exactly as per Gearbest's instructions

At least we don't have to wait for you spewing out the VERY repetitive lines you always do, you're a very tedious bore nowadays. What would you do with you're time if you couldn't spend it slating every Chinese site, are you paid by Curry's or Amazon?

Just ensuring that our less savvy members realise the risks/ costs …Just ensuring that our less savvy members realise the risks/ costs associated with buying from a Chinese seller . So they can make their buying decision armed with facts - not with "fairy stories " provided by incentivised members .How could you possibly have a problem with that ? Or is it some members own "stupid fault " if they are not aware ? - as many indeed are not . That's very arrogant of you to think like that about our less savvy members .

I would say it's very arrogant of you, constantly slating every company you have a dislike for. Your preemptive insults to anyone who has received good service are getting boring. When you're challenged you disappear and pop up on the never thread. I have always had good service off gearbest, I've never been paid or received anything free or reduced. I don't see Amazon with a customer service rep on hukd and they've let me down a few times. No doubt you'll pop-up on the next thread. Here's a suggestion, why not try to help the new members of hukd (the ones who've never posted or contributed before having a problem) before they come here looking for a solution, never to be heard from again.

People have an issue with it because it doesn't help any of the 'less-savvy' members whatsoever to have a disgrunted person shaking their fists at people saying they've had a good experience with a company. Maybe we aren't paid shills, but actual customers too?
