Well the Global Version Redmi 6A has 2 trays with one being SIM + microSD and the other tray being the 2nd SIM slot, so I guess it would be possible but I don't think any other region does that. Three Ireland launched Xiaomi last week. They don't have Redmi 6A. However they do have Redmi 6 and on their site, it's advertised as having dual SIM: three.ie/bra…-6/

Their banner says "launched today" and all of the listings are on pre-order with expected stock on 12th Nov, so I would assume they're UK models.

Edit: See image here<. Ebuyer were listed as a retailer for the Mi Band 3 during the launch event so they must be an official outlet but just aren't mentioned on the UK Mi Site.
