It will have, this is the global version, and every single new listing that eglobal put up says the have no band 20. They are quite prolific for it

You only pay for the phone, no extras. The only problem you got is receiving the phone. Sometimes they're fast to deliver, sometimes they're slow. Sometimes you might not even get it, and you got to chase them up. YMMV.

Wouldn't really get this. If you want something in the price range I'd look for a decent price on the redmi note 7/note 8 range. The 2GB ram will be really really bad on an android device in 2019
