Bought these a few weeks back from Gearbest and arrived last week (you need to keep going to your order onliner and clicking the "kick 'em up the arse to get a move on" button to get them a tad quicker - seriously) - shocked at how good they are for the price. Nice sound, a bit of bass, long batterylife and go very loud. Very pleased.

Mine arrived and won't charge. Piece of crap!

I had a similar expoerience - Did you remove the really tiny piece of plastic film from the charging points on the earbuds? Very easy to miss it!

Completely false these are stereo. Just ran a stereo test on my own set.

Is there any difference between upgraded and non upgraded other than the logo?
How do these compare to the QYC T2C?
I know there is a price disparity but if you’re after true wireless and something a bit better I’ve recently purchased, and can’t recommend enough, Cambridge Audio’s Melomania 1. They’re an exceptional bit of kit with 9hrs playback (important for my work) and 45hrs of charge with the case so I only charge it on the weekend oh and they sound brilliant!

I went for the Pamu Slide. 10hrs playback and another 5 full charges from the case, so 60 all in.
They're about £50 with postage.
But anyone looking at these want a good entry level wireless option for throw away money. These and the QCY ones seem to be the best for that

Probably haven't lol. I'll take a look. Thanks
You have to remove the plastic on the contacts, they really need to make the plastic more obvious with tabs. Also over a couple months they'll become loose in the case and not charge right, so I had to get a bit of foam and put it inside the case to push them down. However they constantly disconnect from one another, so you're forever just holding the buttons down until the red and white flashes so they pair.

They are pretty terrible, but for the price what do you expect? Also the sound quality is really bad, even the Anker Slimbuds with the wire sound much better.

I have ordered these, should land in a couple of weeks.
Bought the taotronics sound liberty amazing buds don't fall out . Best £30 from Amazon
Do you have to pay any custom or postage on that ??? :/ :/ :/

How do these compare to the QYC T2C?

According to various youtube reviews the QCY T2C are better most of the reviews are comparing the QCY T1C which are the same only difference is a bigger charging case with 800mAh battery as opposed to 350mAh on the T1C and a lid link to one here youtube.com/wat…-qg. Oh and by the way QCY are part of Xiaomi so wouldn't be surprised if they actually make the REDMI AIR DOTS for Xiaomi. I have the QCY T2C myself and was surprised how good they sound for £19 bought mine from here ebay.co.uk/itm…649

Good chance you won't but not guaranteed you can get them from here for £17.58 ebay.co.uk/itm…14C I bought my QCY T2C from there and took exactly 1 week as his postage says

How do these compare to the QYC T2C?

I have both. The bass is better on these but the controls are better on the QCY's. I like that the QCY's can skip forwards/backwards the tracks - the airdots can't do that.
I find the QCY's are less likely to lose the weird L-R pairing than the airdots and are easier to remove from the case than the airdots.
Other than that, they are basically the same.
Where do you put the promo code? I always give up on gearbest orders because of that
Ordered thanks

The sound is fantastic. Maybe you just had a bad set?
I also can’t get the coupon to work.
I own the Mi versions of these which are almost identical except the support AAC instead of SBC and some other changes like a touch sensor.

The battery lasts around 3-4 hours and the sound is alright. A equaliser does help though however

reddit.com/r/X…ts/
QCY any day...could not get the airdots to pair after all the tries..they connected twice then the left one decided i wont give out sound
Had mine 6 months not a problem and really good sounds
Coupon doesn't work

Sorry a little off topic but I'm looking to order the Xiaomi 9 off of gearbest. Never used the site, is there anything to look out for? Anything I need to consider before ordering?

I'm so sure you didn't remove the tiny plastic from the earbuds . That thing prevents contact between the charger (the little box) and the earbuds. Just tell us when you fix it so people don't get so worried about buying it, and I can tell you, they are very good for the price!
Can’t get them both to work at same time

The upgraded has sensitive touch buttons and this one has phisical buttons. So on this one you her a click every time you press it.
On the other hand I have a pair of Hailou GT1 with these touch buttons and you still "feel" when you touch it (like when you touch your ear) and also it feels that some times it misses the touch when you press it too quick. For example, playing music. It's one touch to play/pause and double touch to skip to the next track. So sometimes I press it twice and it just pause the current song.

Sorry for the explanation but it was just to say it might be a good reason to have this one with phisical buttons if you don't mind the click.

I did the same a month ago (great phone) I ticked to add insurance. Phone arrived in about 10/11 days we'll packaged. Luckily I've not had any issues with gearbest like others have.
Sold out now

I didn't think that was a condition of true wireless in regards to terminology. Is that what people are using it as now.
Sold out now 😪
They are pretty bad. They don't turn off when you put them in case. They also turn themselves on when charged and the solution to this according to the manual is to turn Bluetooth off on your phone.
