I can't really tell from the pics, kinda looks like a small black border. Was hoping someone might be helpful and give their opinion, but thanks for nothing
What's an AI model?

What's an AI model?

I 'think' it is Artificial Intelligence' - the new buzzword in tech including smartphones. Supposedly AI smartphones have cameras that can detect what it is taking a photo of and can adjust settings accordingly.

So it knows ther difference between an orange and a face or something like that.

I suspect it is gimmick as companies who supposedly are doing AI have seen their share prices soar.

Posh technical term for making the background of your cat pictures blurry and arty farty
So basically, it can tell the difference between a girl from Newcastle, and a girl from Essex?!

Yes, there is a thin black border - pretty obvious in every youtube video of the white, gold and blue ones which have a white front.

Here's a thought - buy the black one.

If you decide that the thin black border is something that you cannot live with, even on the black one, I can suggest the Samsung 9+ as an alternative. I don't think that has a black border. Think it is a bit more expensive though.

I don't think the orange sensitivity is that good.

You mean you'd rather take someones opinioin than actually see physical proof?
Sounds like the pics gave you your answer... My opinion (not that it counts) is that it has a thin black border.
I admire your gratitude nonetheless.
