According to rumours note 8 pro 29th August, that means China version, and that means note 8 in fourteen years.
Good price . I'm using mine now. Excellent phone. Mine was £142 off Amazon but had no box (but was brand new) so if you get the box and headphones etc then this is epic.
      140.44 now
heat added - still a great deal
      Gearbest safe to buy off?
rather buy from amazon at £180
      Customs anyone?
      Daniel_Boff22/08/2019 16:36

      Would you Mr switch?

      Buy from gearbest or amazon?

Gearbest to save the dough, if it were a more expensive item, and they were so close in price, I'd go amazon.

I'll keep looking out for the cheap reputable redmi note 7 😃
      MrSwitch22/08/2019 17:16

      No thanks,

Sorry it’s possible that I wasn’t clear on this - how much would we likely pay in UK Customs?

From limited research it seems that you would pay Customs on anything over £135?

I have bought three phones from Gearbest. I had prompt delivery and no issues. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very unlikely with gearbest, and sorry I was attempting sarcasm, and failing with my last comment

That's the 3gb/32gb version though, right? This deal is the 4gb/64gb model. I'd pay the extra for the additional space.

Nope the 4gb 64gb version. From a seller called Hitec ltd. £142 delivered . No box but phone had the plastic sticky sheets on front and back and came with a lead and plug. Brand new. I went from the picture in my orders and the cheapest now is £159. But crucially a UK seller.

      Hmm, can't find it!

I see £156.99 from Yukong Keji fullfilled by amazon though doesn't actually say global version.
Listen to MrSwitch, bought my Note 7 a few weeks ago from gear best. No probs at all, delivered in about 10days. No custom's charges.

They did have a few but must have sold out. Was only last week. £159 is still good for UK seller .
Is the glass back easy to crack? Not that I want to smash it! Just wondering. Thanks
I'm more weary of buying from a small trader on eBay and Amazon, unless fulfilled by Amazon. Bought cheap new lg g7 thinq from eBay which was sealed like new but no lg official label. Upon opening had sticky cover and looked new however camera lens looked scratched on the inside with blurry pictures ( and annoying t mobile visual/noise on start up even though unlocked) Asked to return under distance selling regulation and even though listed as UK seller was asked to return to Singapore. Luckily after back and forth phoned eBay and got money back. Ended up buying lenovo z6 Lite off Gearbest instead and arrived immaculate after 10 days. At least buying from large shop/merchant and not some cowboy!
So the concenus is buying this is a safe option from gearbest?
My opinion safer option than small traders but safest to buy from John Lewis with no quibble immaculate customer service (might need to pay for it though!)
