So comparing stock levels from another company to this one is irrelevant then isn't it?

Iv just ordered a note 8 pro from eglobaluk a few days ago still pending. Are these OK company to order from? Reviews don't seem too good.
My prayers have been heard. Note 8 with NFC is coming in the form of Note 8T. If Note 8 Pro had SD730G, then it would be another story.

Thinking the same, it's available on preorder in India for the end of October @ $199. Will wait patiently for that

I guess I have to escalate it to Paypal to get my money back. AVOID eGlobal

Where did you buy it from ? Was it the global version as I see there is a seller on ebay [based in Bern Switzerland / Hong Kong] but theirs doesnt specify if its the global version... Their global version is out of stock.
Just received mine from eglobal took 7 days. What a cracking phone for the money. Love it.

Reviews are poor, prices are excellent. ALWAYS wear protection! PayPal yourself. If parcels go missing in the post, eGlobal will not refund you, unless you took out their insurance or paid via PayPal and claim it back that way.
It's a decent price so heat added, although imo Mi 9 Lite is still the better phone, and not just because it's my deal!

2.6 actually on Trustpilot and FYI John Lewis is 1.7 so by your anology you should not trust ordering from John Lewis either
I have a couple of things in limbo with them at the moment. Wish I had read all of the comments before ordering as they aren't filling me with confidence at all. None of my emails are receiving a genuine response at present.

I have ordered from this site twice before and have received phones in about seven days.

You do realise that if you buy a waterproof phone and it gets damaged then it'll have to be professionally repaired later, costing you a fortune, don't you? It's like an expensive watch, if you can't afford to get it repaired its pointless buying it. Plus, if you can afford an expensive phone why are you looking at cheap phones exactly?
Battery life on this isn't as good as redmi note 7 despite it having a bigger battery.
What a con, I ordered it about 23rd Oct from here and just got a email today saying they are being dispatched and I can't cancel now, I paid about £199 for it with XIAOMI code.

May I ask why you do believe that to be the case then? Because the first difference I noticed was that this handset has a significantly better battery than the one in your deal.

Presumably this has more powerful hardware then, and the optimisation isn't as good as it could be.

Yeah, I've also read although the battery is a good size on the 8 Pro, it is not as good as smaller batteries weirdly. Also the screen on the Mi 9 Lite is Samsung's Amoled screen, which is better and excellent. The 9 has a Snapdragon processor which although has slightly less equivalent power than the 8's Media Tek processor, it will have more opportunities for ROMs unlike most Media Tek devices. Snapdragon is also a more of a understood and measured quantity, as it's really the market leader in terms of processor companies.

I'm not saying the 8 Pro is rubbish, I'm just saying imo the 9 Lite edges it.

There are plenty of cheap phones that are gasket sealed. I'm fairly sure the Redmi Note 7 for example has gasket sealing (but like OnePlus, Xiaomi just don't bother paying for the IP certification).

So there is nothing unreasonable about asking whether phones like this are sealed to an IP65/68 level
Have the Chinese version of this and flashed to global rom, amazing phone really happy with it.
