With priority line you should receive it within 2 weeks.
Hot
Heat 🔥🔥. Though I still think it might be worth spending the extra and getting the Pro or the Mi 9 Lite. All 3 are good options at this price range
This is a HUUUGE step for Xiaomi. First ever budget phone with NFC. Took them a while to figure out that it's something people are after outside of Chinese market. So far NFC was only available in their more expensive phones. This is no accident and I m sure we can expect to see that feature in future Redmi notes, mi a and Redmi series phones. Finally!

Redmi Note 8 Pro was the first? But you're right that it took them too long. Honor have had NFC in most of their budget phones for the last 3 years

You 100% sure it can't get Gcam? It has "full" camera 2 api support according to Techtablets on YouTube

But other than that it has a more powerful SOC and a better main camera for anyone that doesn't want to sideload Gcam anyway
Nice to see this, eglobal have it for £10 more - but no chance of customs for them?
NFC is welcomed with open arms

The pro was meant to be more expensive than regular note and it suffers from mtk CPU so for me it doesn't count. There's no PRO here, just the variant of note 8 meant for non-chinese markets , finally

Sorry, I saw this on a video, saying that because of the Mediatek processor it is not possible. I personally know nothing about this, and I’ve just googled this, and I get different views, so please ignore my comment (I’ll remove it).

No worries I think with the SOC being Mediatek it means it's harder for the devs to make a camera port, but I don't think it's impossible. Just more work.

If you check on XDA website they might have more info
So does this quick charge as in you can place on wireless charging plate?

Quick charging is done via the usb c connector, no wireless charging

Is this worthwhile to get gcam on Note 8 Pro? Seems like a slightly older version of Gcam works.

Every day! Train payment, though to lunch - I don't carry my card no more.

Worth getting it to try it out right? Most reviewers are of the opinion it's better than most camera apps
I have just read that this phone will be coming to Three network, so at least anyone on Three will get wifi calling on the 8T
@XiaomiTemple , they've finally allowed you with your Xiaomi Deal's again now, huh?, hehehehe.

Good on them, lol, and good for you also. :-D
