Please note:

There were issues a couple of months ago whereby people were recieving boxes without a phone in it, apparently this was the courier Collisimo. I don't know if it's been sorted, but I'd recommend paying with credit card for any eventualities that may occur, or simply don't buy.

so what if he does get rewarded by the Pepper network for posting deals related to Xiaomi UK? Switch works quite tirelessly to trawl through websites looking for that next bargain saving some of us £££.

Is this company not good ?.

The company is fine - it's the couriers that have been an issue. There have been reports that people were getting parcels, where the phone had been replaced by wads of paper. Somebody did say that Xioami had recalled all phones in the courier network and was sending them by a different company in a thread last week, because of the problem.

On the other hand, I got a phone last September, and a Mi Band 4 last week, both using Collisimo, without any issue.

Great price, if it arrives
The Note 8T has microSD card AND 2 x SIM cards slots, and also a headphone jack. No wireless charging but does have the fast usb C type. Dont know about the others, you just have to follow the links and do your own research...

Looks like some good prices there, are there any 9T deals about @MrSwitch ? You seem to be the one to find these.

It is a shame that Xiaomi never cut the price of their highend phones on their website. Always just the lowend phones are on sale.

Thanks Luke.o.zade, I have checked out the specs and all 3 fit what I am after. Only problem now is deciding which one - is the mi 9 lite worth the extra money?!!!
Standout price for me is the note 8t, but for some reason it doesn't have a notification light which I quite like.
Note 8t is showing as £179 on their site. Which would make it £169, after promotion.
Same price it was previously

Edit: mi 9 lite showing £329 and note 8 pro up too.
Unless the drop again looks as though they've hiked prices up prior to promo starting

Of course they do - a couple of weeks ago the Mi Mix 3 5G was down to £299 every other day.

Me too. Very irritating the 8t having no notification light given the normal note 8 and 8 Pro do have one. Mine was on its way from China before I found this out so it went straight on ebay!

Eeaakk! I kinda ruled out 8t and was weighing up note 8 pro v mi 9 lite but I'm even more confused now!!!

I realise it isn't 12pm yet but the MI 9 lite is currently £329, so after the £30 reduction, will be £299 not £209. Is it a typo or am I missing something?

Good question, it's down to personal choice, the advantages for me would be amoled so you get aod, also on the review it's brighter so will be better outside, also it's smaller than the 8t but bigger screen, battery life seems to be slightly worse than the other 2 though, tough decision really as it's £60 more than the 8t.

Maybe try YouTube for some comparisons.

Oh sorry to make it more confusing

I appreciate all your help - I'm just rubbish making decisions at the best of times (and easily confused!!). Think I am going for the 9 lite and hoping for the best with battery life - not really a heavy user so as long as it gets me through 24hrs without extra charging I'll be happy!!!! Thx again like.o.zade

How do you take advantage of the £20 voucher for the Mi 9 Lite in this event? Does it automatically apply the voucher upon check out?
