It’s out of stock?
Looks like it will come into stock at that price, just signed up for the "arrival notice". Great price!
Does this interfere with Yeelights working through Singapore server with IFTTT does anyone know?
And if you can’t wait and are willing to spend a little more (about 4 euros more)

It’s here as well:

dx.com/p/x…806
Dx.com ‘price match’ supposedly
Can you run custom scripts on these like you can on Smartthings?
Good price
They might sell even more product if they explain what it was and what it does and what you can do?
It appears to be a door entry alarm? Anyone expend on that?
Just did a search on here and I think it’s their smart hub
What is it for and why is it a good deal besides being 44% off?

Your google search may be better though
My Xiaomi gateway died after 4 or 5 months, and I replaced it with a Smartthings on a promo price. Much better to be honest, no server lag or problems I was getting with the Xiaomi. But the gateway was my way into getting the Xiaomi sensors, which have been 100% reliable so far.
There is some complicated workaround, but as far as I know it's still Chinese radio, so don't count on tuning in to your favourite local station.
The nightlight function is ok, if you have a PIR linked. I found the doorbell/alarm annoying so never used it.
So, this is a good hub to use at the price point if you stick to Xiaomi sensors and can live with server disconnections.
It was an introduction for me, but as I also use Zwave sensors, something like Smartthings was better anyway.

Heat added.

Internet radio works with workaround.

Nightlight personally don't use built in function just programmed my own to my liking.
Same with doorbell - for example it works only between 7am - 9pm.

Sometimes nothing works - power cycle hub usually rectifies it.

Overall its okay but may not be for everyone.

If you're adding Zwave devices to Smartthings, usually pair without problem, and it's local processing.
If you're adding Zigbee devices, you might need a custom device handler, the community provides, this page lists the Xiaomi devices github.com/bsp…ger
You add custom devices through this page using the login details setup for your ST (UK and euro zone)
graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com/.
Xiamoi devices are cloud based processing.
ST community pages are there to help.

Does this come with a UK socket adapter or do you have to buy one separately?

It's a two vertical flat pin plug. I use a travel adapter. It's fairly low profile
Are there any ceiling down lights that can work with the sensors and gateway to come on/off automatically?
