Order one at a time.

Nice, keep picking up a couple of these each time they're on offer, slowly working my around the house replacing most of our old bulbs. The coupon code only works for one item but open multiple accounts with different emails and you're sorted.

Is anyone paying the extra for tracking or insurance? or is it all pretty good just as standard?

No you have to be connected to the same network

Code says expired?

Can't get the damn code to work. Always seem to have issues with gearbest codes...
Tried registering a new account and everything.

It appears saying fixed price coupon but doesnt affect the subtotal

Dammit, order one last week for £12.50 and only need one, ordered anyway

Surprising given they're controlled over the net. I use mine with Home Assistant, which you can use outside your home network, and always block the bulbs from calling home which means the app can't see them anymore.

We all start like that, when you get the full HA bug you just start adding really pointless things to it just because you can

Do you add insurance for delivery? Or does paypal cover you? Thanks

I dont think this is true. I was able to control my Yeelights using the app over 4G.

code expired

Balls! Been waiting for this to come down, just about to buy and code expired

Damn it, I missed it. Took ownership of these a few weeks ago and set them up in the lamps in our living room. A little tinker around with IFTTT and I now have them to come on just before sunset! They are brilliant although in my case, I do see the need for the different colours because normal white is fine for me.

I simply cannot justify spending the ridiculous amount on the phillips bulbs when you can get these at this price.

Damnit I missed it! There are still two regular bulbs in the living room to replace before I start needing GU10 adapters too.

You can control these from outside the home if you link them to Google Home/Assistant.

Also to counter someone above, the different colours are actually kinda useful. You can fall asleep to 1% brightness red but 1% brightness warm white is too bright. You can use cold white after the 'sunrise' setting to help wake up in the mornings.

i never ordered because shopper32 said u cant use them via the network thats a shame i shouldnt have listened to him !

Code just expired while placing my second order! Lucky I manage to get one!

FFS, every time I see this the code has expired

You have to be quick, I have 2 others, best price I got was £6:87

is there not a bayonet version of this? glad i missed it, i went to checkout and code was expired only then i noticed the fitting.

Adapters are cheap enough

never seen a bayonet version, an adapter costs about 80p

It's not true.. mine work fine when i'm away from the house via the yeelight app.

You can get 2 adapters for £1 at IKEA... these are great bulbs and can be used via 4G

How the hell can the code be expired already?! I've tried to buy this bulb at this price 3 times now and everytime I go to the website it says that the code has expired... anyone knows how/where to buy this bulb at this price? Wouldn't like to spend more money as is only for testing some stuff
