This has to be one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest these have been?Log in and use code LEDXYUKfor the discount.

Finally time to grab one for me, as I've been considering one for a while now and should go nice in the gaming room. Just bought some strips from behind the desk, for a bit of accent lighting.

Shame code only works for 1. Will have to wait for BG to match 😁

Just create another account with a new email address and buy another. That's what I did
Showing £12.91 for me ?
They are, but are a lot dearer

an adapter for less than a pound solves this
Yes. Had this as an alert for about a week. Finally grabbed one!
With regards to 'might be cheapest', $8.99 is the cheapest they have ever been on GB. So rest is exchange rate dependent!
Would this work with hive?
£6.78 when paid in dollars using Halifax Clarity

Apparently they're the 3rd largest phone producer in the world now. Should be safe on them sticking around!
Thanks OP, ordered.

no hub required so works on it's own

I heard somewhere that Hive Bulbs (£30 ish), might even mess up the Hive system so these are much better, I already have some (on table lamps)

I created another account (diff email) and it still didn't work
I was charged $8:99 which I'm hoping is £6:87

Maybe log into gearbest and try and cancel the order?

I've ordered 5 and two have arrived. Took 21 days for one bulb and 17 days the other. Random but they came so it's all good

It kind of happens with these Chinese companies though. Remember when HTC was the darling? Now they are really struggling.

Excellent. Makes coming home a little more exciting with the random delivery times from China!
Why aren't you using UK priority line? It's 40 pence and tracked once in the UK also I've never paid unexpected charges.

Xiaomi don't actually make this product, Yeelight is just a company they invested in and help by selling through their channels.

Given that at the end of 2014 the company was valued at 46 billion dollars (15 billion more than Sony and 13 times more than Motorola) they would have to spectacularly cock it up to disappear. They seem to be deveoping into a (very large scale) Dragon's Den by seeking out innovative small tech companies and investing money and marketing expertise etc into them. I believe Yeelight was just such a company.

Long may they continue to show us just how much we are ripped off in the UK! This bulb for 7 quid does basically everything a 50 quid Philips Hue bulb does - and without the need for a 50 quid bridge! The first of the 6 I've ordered arrived yesterday and to say I'm impressed would be massively understating it.
