Designed to train athletes to use correct stride patterns when accelerating and correct the fault of over-striding. The cross bars are adjustable to allow the ladder to be used by athletes of different heights and ages. Each ladder is supplied in a drawstring with instruction manual

Looks like some bits of plastic and a string.

You could put some marks on the grass with line marking paint, sticks or whatever is to hand. I think most coaches could cope without these!

Someone could post a deal saying that a Farrari is 1/2 price and you can argue its a cold deal because a Skoda will get you from A-B for less.

It comes as no surprise to me that some people might vote for a chocolate tea-pot if it was discounted. My cold vote is because in my experience of fitness training, competitive running and coaching, if somebody had paid any amount of money for one of these it would just make me laugh.

Bigoffers have one I believe, I think it was in their quidshop and even with their delivery it is cheaper. I would also aggree with the guy above though.
