Nice alternative to the Xiaomi Miband 2, as well as being cheaper. Was a little lower over Black Friday, but just now this is the best I can see and well worth £6.77. It's only available at this price in black though. Log in and use the code up top and the price drop.

Battery life on these are terrible, you'll be charging it every night. Miband 2 lasts over a month and is much better overall in my opinion and worth spending a little more for the quality.
Think I'd just pay the extra and get a miband. As mentioned above, mine lasts over a month on a single charge
Battery life will depend on the user, those with lots of wrist actions will probably suffer from battery life due to accelerometer over use and eye sight problems

How does it take your blood pressure?

How accurate are these? And are they cumbersome whilst wearing (if that's the right word?) I previously had one of the original Microsoft Band's, and whilst it was quite useful, I found it to be quite 'heavy' on the wrist. I didn't notice it's weight until going back to a 'conventional' watch and trying to wear the band again. Hence, I'm trying to get the best of both worlds by using my regular watch for the time and just wearing this for tracking purposes.

Is there any decent (Sub £15) deals on the MiBand 2?
Don't mess with inferior imitations: the Xiaomi Mi band 2 is very well reviewed, has long battery life and is little more than this if you follow the regular deals. We have 4 in the family and no problems at all.
I have one of these which I picked up for the silent alarm. Step counter is good but the heart rate monitor doesn’t seem that accurate. Worth it for the price.
Save your money, pay the extra, and get a Mi Band 2.
I bought a cheap alternative. After an initial honeymoon period it turned out to be pants. I was refunded. Since got a MiBand 2. Battery is about ten days for me but I have it all singing and all dancing with notifications, alarms, etc. I'm very happy with it although the strap (specifically the inner part which actually holds the device) it's a bit flimsy and needed a bit of superglue. I've ordered another style of strap though. Get a MiBand 2. I haven't voted either way.

How the heck are you getting a month?? Mine lasts about a week...
Is a miband a pedometer too?

Mine lasts over a month too. You must have some of the settings activated that use up the battery quicker.

Four in our house - all last about a month per charge, even with most functions activated. Great gadgets!

Keep an eye on the Chinese sites (Gearbest, etc.). Let us know when you see a cheap deal.

Saw one just before Christmas for just over a tenner but didn't buy it as I previously had the Miband 1 (with heart monitor) but lost it somewhere, can't even remember where and didn't really use it that much anyway so didn't bother.

But now the kids want FitBit each, they're only 7 & 8 so going to go down the MiBand route instead as they're cheaper and do more

I'm talking from experience, I've owned the y2, battery was shocking. My miband on the other hand is great, far superior.
Cheers anyway

Looks like they are using Xiaomi miband to get hits. The description doesn't mention Xiaomi, only 'heart rete'

You could be right if you scroll down to the description the picture is different to the mi band2 there is no battery or Bluetooth icon with the time......mine just show the time and date.

The mi band is better then the yband because the software is a lot better and you can use some other software with it you cannot with the yband.
I have both and they are both good on the battery...the first time i charged the yband it only lasted a day but when i charged it again it lasted 3 weeks but i do think it what setting you use on both bands.
So Hot from me OP.

Just don't like people spouting false claims.

Got mine today.

Me too. According to the great rate monitor I'm dead!
^ What do you want for £6.77! I'm 65 bpm 93% Oxy 121/81 BP and ALIVE!
These are only good for counting steps, I got one last month and it gave fake heart rate readings constantly
