One of my all time favourite series. Top, top game cheap on PSN. We weren't even sure it would be released over here for the longest time and it finally made it just before Xmas. Surprised it's come down in price at all, let alone so soon, if you still have your PS3 knocking about, dust it off and get buying!

Cheers Bought!

Yakuza Dead Souls is also £6.49 while it's $20 in the US so that looks like a price reduction too (although it's available for £8 on disc from Rakuten for those who prefer physical copies).

Strangely there's no "offer valid from" text so this looks like either a permanent price drop, or a price error.

Don't resist, you can get £20 of credit for ~£18 from CDKeys
This game is huuuge, if you do the side quests and mini games you'll easily spend 100 hours plus on it.
Superb game and alot for your money
22gb download is huge. Will take about 48 hours on my broadband.

Great,I've been waiting for price drop since it was released,it's a shame that only Japan got physical release, previous Yakuza games on physical format dropped in price so quickly.
Huge fan of the series,a real masterpiece in this genre.
I like this game so much that I re-bought my old (sold) PS3 from a friend!

No need. Yakuza 5 does great job of introducing the characters. Personally I think people should start with Yakuza 4 then Yakuza 5 but starting from 5 is fine. 1 - 3 no need to play at all easily skippable just 4 is up to you

I don't recommend the zombie one at all.completely different and imo very poor.it's a spin off and has horrible controlls.I beat all yakuza games and put massive amount of hours into them, but found dead souls unplayable.

If it's anything like 3 and 4 there will be a "Reminisce" mode where you can get a recap of what happened in the past games. Really cool.

Bought. Thanks OP.
Bought in a heartbeat. Huge fan of the yakuza series, I have played almost all previous titles so looking forward to this one. HOT!!!
I love this series so much. I spend half my time in the Hanafuda minigame and catching toys
Excellent, I've been waiting for this to drop.

Now come on Sega, localise Kenzan and Ishin already!

Nope. There are currently no Yakuza games available in English on PS4.
I liked Yakuza Dead Souls too. What you have to realise and it doesn't explain very well is that there are two control systems, one where you lock on from a distance, then switch over to the first-person one for precision when they get up close. Then the game isn't awkward at all and you have a lot of fun the way you do with all the other games
