had order cancelled too!! They said it was only for existing customers and you needed to order 5 or more!! ''sertali_ozer'' want to sell me one of your 5

phone call with the same rubbish excuses. waste of time company. avoid at all costs in the future.

order cancelled, company not willing to honor discount code, no further orders from me

Cancelled as it's "not an authorised code". I explained it was a great way to annoy NEW customers and they should be offering an alternative discount to appease them.
Not a great way to run a business.

Ordered this as I was really pleased with the deal: unfortunately we've had a phone call to say we are not eligible as its for existing customers only!

Was it just me or was the deal so good that never seen for existing customers in post, can't have been by number of cancels.

The email I received mentioned nothing about 'existing customers'. T&C's had nothing either - see below

A maximum of 5 units will apply to any one product during promotional period.

Another order cancelled

They have a Facebook page and twitter account. Perhaps you should all post how disappointed you are at having your time wasted. I have. Might cause them to actually get an online ordering system that can handle their unwritten and secret rules.

Think the T & C's says it all in... It is non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient or this email.

These are so rubbish in compare with a wired alarms.

Also a burglar knows Yale alarm will not be linked to the monitoring stations.

I rip these out or any other wireless systems on a regular basis.

Order also cancelled. Dreadful customer service. They gave us 2 or 3 different reasons why we can't use this discount code. They make it up as they go along! Avoid....

Hi,

This is currently at £138.60 if you use the discount code XTRAU (30% off).
Can anyone confirm if a sim card can be inserted into the dialler or does it need to be wired up to the telephone line???
