The Yale Easy Fit Standard Alarm kit is a keypad operating system idea for smaller homes and apartments / flats. The keypad enables you to arm / disarm the alarm via an access code or pin of your choice.

The system is pre-set with a 20 second entry / exit period and will allow the entire property to be either armed or disarmed.

Yale's Easy Fit range of alarms use the latest technology such as enhanced jamming detection and rolling code transmission to provide greater security and peace of mind.

The Easy Fit systems operate using 868 MHz technology; this is the frequency that the alarm broadcasts via and this frequency is more tightly controlled than other frequencies used by other DIY alarm systems meaning a clearer channel with less interference.

The Easy Fit Standard Alarm consists of -

• Siren Box x 1
• PIR Movement Detectors x 2
• Door/Window Contacts x 2
• Keypad x 1

hot. only concern would be changing batteries. not sure how often siren box will need new batteries.

I put one of these up about 18 months ago - it hasn't needed new batteries yet.

I read on Amazon reviews that the alarm wasn't loud enough anyone whose has this alarm think the same?

I had this alarm put up just over a year ago (albeit I was ripped off at £250 fitted, its literally a 12 screw job) the alarm is loud mate, does its job perfectly, my only complaint would be that the alarm box beeps when been armed/disarmed, which I suppose is great in terms of security but must be a nightmare for the neighbours at 1am.
