i just receive my today.

Did you check how much you paid? Ok if it worked for you but just thought would warn others X)

yeh posted couple of weeks. they called n cancelled the orders but some of us got it. the email shows full price but they charge the lower price I can confirm

Original Poster

yes of course. front of me I have my bank statement 125,94£

Cool happy days for you then X)

i would personally recommend this one but is a lot dearer thou.you connect to your phone line and you can set it to ring you when alarm is triggered or silence the alarm and ring you first before the siren go off.either way a lot better value for your money.

homebase.co.uk/web…427

please note with all yale alarms they need to be flush against the walls at all times including exterior as the alarm will sound all the time on you and it is the tamper switch will cause it.
pebble dash walls you will need to put a board up first as the spring on the back of the siren box needs to be fully depressed and it cannot do this on a pebble dash wall.

they cancelled the order last time saying the codes were for some customers only.

The email doesn't show the discount but it's still applied.

Guy on the phone said to me you can't have the discount on alarms... I've found the whole episode quite alarming...

These codes might not work for all. As they say these codes have been mailed to selected customers (from my previous experience) :(. so beware!

I have the 6400 premier alarm and it rings you when triggered

would not touch thèse cheap Yale alarms , visonic wireless alarms are the best and used by most security firms but cost à little more

Ignore the haters and stupid people. This is a brilliant wireless alarm system for the money.
Once ordered, my confirmation email stated the correct discount and I even rang them to check. The offer code is for £50 off. You can't get a better price than this!

I personally had a bad experience with one of these. constant triggering of alarm in the middle of the night.
I was on my own with two children at that time and every other night I had mini-heart failure while clutching a blunt object!

Best deal on a visionic Alarm would be ? Just wondering how much more expensive.

i have this alarm system and its a great bit of kit easy to fit and does what its meant to do plus calls your mobile if someone breaks in. highly recommend.

No decent security company would ever install a wireless alarm. Far too problematic and easy to be defeated.

Thank god for this deal. I have gone 9 years without a house alarm, good job it is next day delivery as I'm expecting a burglar in 2 days time.

hot... Cheaper home insurance.

Well we just don't know our luck. Anything is possible. I wouldn't be surprised if a burglar really did come in 2 days.

personally i think these are terrible. the cost of a professionally fitted wired alarm system is around £350. although this is a lot more money than this deal, it is far better value for money if you are serious about protecting your home and belongings.

Ordered one... Thanks

In sure there are better wired systems available that respectable security companies will fit but please remember this isa domestic unit to help protect your home not the crown jewels for gods sake! It is very easy to install and does exactly as it says on the box. Its a deterrent, its excellent value too.

The HSA6400 Premium Alarm is Yale's top-of-the-range house alarm that will ring you when triggered,

So does this one.

im an alarm engineer im been doing it for 14 years.we try to avoid wireless, they are ok, if we cannot run cables we fit visonic powermaster. very good never had problems.
I dont know about yale system.
anyway heat added for your time postibg this deal

I don't see the point of these alarms. You get a phone call and then what? Leave work, drive across town and then when you get home the thief is either gone (alarm going of or not I doubt they spend much longer than a few minutes in your abode browsing your goods) or he is still there to stab you.

Don't touch this company!!! Read below before dealing with them.

I ordered this alarm and some extras a few weeks ago with the same discount code saving me £50+ and they took money from my credit card only to cancel the order without my knowledge as I couldn't use this promo code with this alarm.

It took 3weeks of emails and complaints to credit card company to get money back to which they send confirmation emails to say order had been sent when in fact it hasn't. They never told me someone from the company cancelled the order as they were losing too much money on the deal. No cancellation emails. So if you want weeks of hassle, stress and lies go for it!.

Fitted this kit 3 years ago, its been perfect. Works well when I come downstairs half asleep and forget to switch it off. Paid £100 from the Argos eBay outlet. It would only be worth paying for a wired system if it was monitored.

Someone once told me that if you declare security devices (alarm, windows locks etc.) to lower your insurance premium and then it transpires that they weren't in use when the property was burgled, the insurance company won't pay out. So, if you fit an alarm or extra locks and tell your insurance company you have done so, please make sure you use them. May sound obvious, but most people I know don't bother unless they're going away for an extended period. Just sayin'.

also, in the small print of a lot of policies it will insist on having the alarm fitted by a nacoss approved installer and having a yearly maintenance visit.

Yep, never tell them you have an alarm. Don't give them any excuse not to pay out, there the biggest crooks going.
