These are very well know studio speakers at, I think a bargain price. Others offer at the similar price but not inclding the leads etc.. Just people jumping on the bandwagon, £385 is an unrealistic price, I didn't put that there, most seem to sell for about £260 or above (wirthot leads etc)

This shouldn't be cold. Its the best price for it.
I have the Yamaha HS8 and love them. Sadly might have to sell them as I've not used them in ages and moving house soon. I don't want to because it'll end up costing me to replace them and I'll end up with something lesser.

I would guess anyone voting cold doesn't know about monitor speakers.

Good price for these. Voted hot!

Give it chance. The deal only went live about 15 minutes before you left your comment. In my experience almost all deals dip below zero within the first few minutes of being posted before gathering momentum and go on the rise.

you need to buy a sub for this if you want your real low end or just get the hs8s.

i wish these would do the proper job because size wise they are perfect.

great speakers though. music matter normally do a pair for around this price

unless you waste your money you wont get much better or actual speakers with a straight up flat sound like them. worth a lot more then they cost really.

I know mate, they're just massive and I'm going to have to make way for family things eventually. I wouldn't get much if I sold them, and then I would still want some form of speakers and couldn't get anything nearly as good as these with the money.

This is my defence for keeping them and I'm sticking to it. Even if I didn't replace them, selling them would be a waste of money.
HS5 aren't that good, HS7/8 are the only good ones in that series if you can manage the size. For budget 5 inch monitors just get the LSR305, theyre both cheaper and better

Price is not the only (subjective) factor used when voting.

Regardless of your own opinion of what a "Deal" is, anybody else can choose any reason to vote in either direction, & this is how the voting was designed to work.
