    Surely normal air is better than air filled with chemicals ..
    Physically I would imagine you're correct, but mentally, there is a lot of value to anything which triggers you personally into feeling its sleep time.
    If people are struggling to sleep then making this part of a bedtime routine might be worth a go?

    Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on how these compare to the big standard diffusers which uses water and so many drops of oil!? Thanks in advance.
    I think you put the whole bottle in it after reading the page, love the idea but might be a bit expensive for me , nice treat though, think the bottles are around £5-6 to replace
