Yepo 737A. This looks like it is more or less the Jumper Exbook 3 Pro. The spec and design suggest that they are both off the same production line

The Yepo only has single band WiFi, like the earlier versions of the Ezbook, otherwise it appears to be identical. It includes the door for the SSD. This one is also in Gold finish.

If it is the same as the Jumper then this is a bargain at 152.82. I have the Jumper and am very pleased with it.

Before all the anti-Gearbest tin hatters jump in, let me warn you that ordering direst for Chinese sellers such as Gearbest entails certain risks.
Very limited after-sales support.
Possible import/VAT charges

Provided you are aware of the risks, and can accept them, then this is a bargain. Full HD, slim light, good construction, simple SSD upgade.

The code for this price is 737A, you need to be logged in to apply it.

picard - The 737S is a different model with x5-Z8300, CPU.

Different laptop, different production. Anyway, review below.

Don't think the screen is IPS compared to the Ezbook Pro 3.

Looks decent enough for the price; thanks for sharing bytemaster

Gearbest = Chinese = No thanks Why do members (and HUKD staff ) insist on posting these deals when there is no warranty and no feasible way of returning .

Most stuff that is made is technically chinese because it's made in china. People post deals because they are good deals. Shock horror.....The phones they sell like Xiaomi phones are great value. Some people think it's worth the risk and have the money to spend though I personally wouldn't buy anything over £200 from them.

The problem is many of the HUKD sheep don't realise there are import …The problem is many of the HUKD sheep don't realise there are import duties to pay , no warranty and no feasible way of returning (£60 for a phone for instance) . Yes I've bought golf tees and cycle lights etc from China for a few pounds which I'm happy to lose and wouldn't consider returning . OK for those who buy from China with their eyes wide open , knowing the risks , but many of the Sheep see a deal on here think its OK (and cheap) as its on HUKD - buy it without realising the risks . Not impressed at all that HUKD employees post and promote these deals

Most people on here know by now/should know by now about the warranty and possible import duties. If they want take the risk, what's the issue? It's their money. I think most gearbest deals posted here are not really that expensive so they see the value and risk as worth it.

If people buy things without knowing the risk then that's their fault for not reading the posts on here and coming to their own conclusions. It's not the dealers post or hotukdeals teams fault.

I agree , but that fact that its allowed to be posted , even endorsed, on here leads some to believe that's its a OK as its on HUKD . Yes I know you pays your money etc - but I think HUKD should have a duty of care to protect its less well informed members (of which there are many ) . I have read numerous tales of woe on here about unexpected import duties , how to return an item , how do I get it repaired under warranty etc . If I've read all these tales then obviously HUKD staff have, yet they still promote and endorse these posts . Surely HUKD should try and protect its less "savvy" members ?

But again as I said that is THEIR fault for not reading the posts. All the information and risks they need to know is in most of the comments section of the deals. What can hotukdeals do? If the information is not included with the deal or in the posts then it takes 5 minutes to look up the company and consider the risks. People need to stop being so damn lazy and actually research themselves about the company they're buying/considering buying from. If people can operate a computer and use the internet then they can use google to find out about the company.

And the fervent anti-chinese supplier brigade overstate the issues.

1. PayPal layer of insulation
2. Use a credit card for s75
3. Import duty is not guaranteed one way or the other I haven't been done since the DVD days
4. Bad CS experience is not guaranteed there are good experiences posted about too.

Does it have the precision touchpad and fast samsung eMMC like the newest 3Pro?

As you say only single band wifi, shame..

iPhone = Chinese = "Yes Please"

iPhone = Chinese = "Yes Please"

I was of course referring to where stuff is sold from . Lets face it most stuff is made in the Far East / China these days , at least the components . As for " Yes please " to an overpriced ,over hyped I Phone , it would be an even bigger NO as the one redeeming feature of an I Phone is that the Apple warranty and CS is excellent , you wouldn't have that from a Chinese seller .

Aliexpress Yepo store says it has precision touchpad.

Don't think the screen is IPS compared to the Ezbook Pro 3.

The description clearly states:
● 13.3 inch FHD IPS Screen with 1920 x 1080 Resolution
Offering good experience for watching videos and browsing the Web. The 1920 x 1080 resolution screen boasts impressive high-quality images.

I think it's pot luck whether you get the Samsung EMMC with the 3 Pro, mine (V4) came with the slow EMMC, but I wacked a M2 SSD into it. I have no Idea what EMMC is in the Yepo.

I think the Samsung eMMC seems to be in those shipped after mid September.

I've recently had one of these from Gearbest. While it was the usual slow delivery and having to chase them up, the laptop itself has been fine so far. I'm just using it for work mainly, but also installed Football Manager 2017 which is running pretty smoothly with English, Italian and Spanish leagues playable. It struggles a little perhaps with the 3D Highlights. For the money it's absolutely fine though. I paid 165.

Because its £150.

Show me a 13.3" all aluminium bodied, 1080p IPS, Windows 10 laptop in the UK for a similar price.

How can I check what eMMC is in my EzBook Pro 3 V4 I received in September?

If you go to device manager then select the arrow next to disc drives, it'll be named there, either generic Ncard or Samsung, unlikely to be toshiba
