Great camera... Shame about Amazon

What's wrong with Amazon?

Great camera... Shame about Amazon

why shame? there are so many models even from xiaomi I got confused
I've used them for years (Prime member from the start), and Sorenson literally thousands.... Until last month when I was spending £8 on something, them noticed that over £500 had gone from my account. I called Amazon who promised a call back from their "fraud department" in 24 hours. After 48 I called back to chase. Since then I've spent 4 hours on the phone to them, written to them, emailed complaints. Been promised a call on 26 different occasions on Facebook/Twitter.... I'm still waiting.

When they're good, they're great, when something bad happens they lie, cheat and steal... Then ignore you.

I got the money back from my bank (they were great), but Amazon also deleted some gift cards I had in my account and essentially won't give them back.....
Not as wide angle as my 720p yi home camera - by quiet a degree.
Anyone used the custom firmware ?
can you recommend one, as the only one I can see needs additional fee.
These are great, the iPhone app is really easy to use. Have to admit I paid less though. I bought mine through amazon earlier in the year and paid around £15

Sure can. Yi Hack V4. Minor contribution needed for developer but you’re good then for 3-4 cameras. Easy to configure and my cameras are now showing and viewable in HomeKit (via Homebridge plugin).
