lol. Great start though " temp out of stock"

also £58.69 at argos if you have the strength to carry it home!

argos.co.uk/sta…htm

the delivery price is a bumer but i suppose your not gonna get a 50kg parcel on free super saver . i still thought the p&p would of been a bit cheaper than £29.95. regards to the weights ... fantastic price for a great set of weights . heat added

I couldn't find any confirmation of the wheeled case at argos, but they have it at Tescos £63.39 with delivery.

Would it be included with Prime?

Voted warm - would be best to put the all in price in the title.

No, I've got Prime and it is not eligible

the postage cost on these is £29.35 so post should be changed to reflect this as they are really just short of £60 which is all they are anyway so voted cold.

Ahh thanks for checking, would have been a good excuse to buy prime!

RRP £139.99 it says on amazon. What a lie. Who they think we are! Argos selling this for £58.69 and i would prefer buying from argos than waiting indoors for the delivery guy up until 6pm and lose the whole day rather than giving £5 to the cab driver...

BTW, it comes in a case with wheels. So it wouldnt be really hard to buy it from argos and carry it home on bus or tube.

Also, its not in stock. So you'll have to wait till they decide to send it...

Cold by me im afraid...

Title should really reflect the 30 quid delivery charge, which takes away any heat it would actually have

I once bought a chainmail top and hood, from some guy in India on ebay.
It arrived in a cardboard box about 13cm each side, weighing 15kg ..
the postman was speechless

For new iron weights a good price is generally £1 a kilo - so combining the postage this is not that good.

The cheapest way to get weights is to buy second hand ones - as iron weights are virtually indestructible and the majority of people who buy weights think about them more prior to buying them rather than after they get them.

Seriously - if you look on...

adtrader.co.uk/cla…mp;

... and search for weights using your postcode - so you only get ones as far as you are prepared to travel, you can get the price down to 30-50p per KG.

Its worth adding - while iron weights are almost indestructible - plastic ones can leak the sand/powdery stuff that fills them also - weight benches need to be checked very carefully for damage if buying second hand as you could be holding 100+ kg over your neck when they fail.
