£58 is crazy. Don't know how this deal didn't reach 500 degrees

Too bad I don't have room for this, good deal though.

Great for people who are just starting off but I'd say move onto free weights when your feeling more confident, obviously you will feel the pain/intensity more..which is good since you'll be burning more carbs.

Kettlebells are a plus too, voting the deal hot

This is a bench to use free weights on, I don't understand your comment at all?

Voted hot for the price btw, wish I had room for this, would save me a fortune on gym membership over the long term.

So what bar and weights are best to get with this. Seen the York iron ones for £100 but wondering if there was anything else you would recommend.

That hilarious.... Such a newbie.

So confusing is this a cable bench or a free weight bench?

Never even heard of a cable bench... primarly this is for free weights. It's a bench??? Like any other bench in the gym?
Just googled cable bench and you probably could use it for that, if the incline is high enough for you

You surely must be trolling?
It is free weights.

You'll be burning carbs?!!! LOL Please stop giving advice, you are gonna hurt somebody.

Sounds like a smith machine.

It's a very good price so voted hot, but this is still a starters set. It's max weight limit is 200kg. That includes the person & weights.
To me, that's light weight use only.
So please don't get this if you want to use it for years down the line.

lol, actually never said that amount if reps. i can still do it for about 6, but not the best of form. I am guessing, from your unprovoked attack, you still must be jealous of me? I have actually change my training, and i am doing more curls with an ez bar these days. Trying to be more strict in my movement. See the training hasn't paid off for you thou.

I dare you to try and arm wrestle a monkey. Us hairy lower order primates don't have to train.

I'm not attacking you mush. You are part of the rich tapestry and history of HOT UK Deals.
We wouldn't have "strong" or "Lee Parsons approved" kit without you. I thought you'd long since left the site. I'm glad that you are alive and well. Keep posting

Never left. Ever since i found this site, I have change the way I purchase things. I think this site is amazing how everyone contributes in getting better deals for the whole of the community. I believe in putting back in, and have also posted deals or made debates, in helping others.
As for my comment, It is actually true. I got bought a bench, and to be honest it, its rather flimsy made. I have mange to bend the metal where the bar rest and is kept secure, because of failure, and not being able to get it back without clipping it. Not as tough as my old bench.
