Looks good, just wonder where I can fit it!

Good price- Voted Hot

nice find

Would need a hell of alot more weight. Only comes with 50KG. I do lat pulldowns at 80KG at the gym, and you can still load it over 120KG, quite a way over.

What does this bit mean exactly, am guessing it makes everything appear heavier?

Maximum resistance of 100kg across all exercise stations, by York's new … Maximum resistance of 100kg across all exercise stations, by York's new ratio system that doubles weight resistance

Sounds like an interesting system. Can`t knock it if it has you pushing up to 100KGs. Thats more than enough for beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Top price , the only problem is that I dont have the space for this . Voted hot

Good price considering how much it originally was, however it seems a bit expensive for a home gym. I got one off ebuyer a year ago for £50 which looks to have the same features as this

Thats a good piece of kit for the price.

it is very good, but i go to the gym everyday, and i dont think the 50kg weights and 100kg resistance would do much for me i would much rather spend the money on a bench and some dumbells tbh but its still hot so heat added

Hot deal, though you'd be better off investing in a powercage/bench or a bench and some dumbbells.

Doesn't look up to the job for most people beyond beginners. Most people within a 6-12 months will outgrow most of the weight options on this (possibly bar the lat pulldown). Also, if its using a pulley system to adjust the weight being pulled, its not truely indictive of what the real weight is when go onto a real world gym elsewhere or replace it.

As mentioned already, I'd probably look into a bench and probably a power rack. Would cost more but in the long run (as long as you use it) more cost effective.

Great I have been looking for another clothes horse lol

Voted hot:thumbsup:

If you are serious, don't bother with this stuff. It has its place, but not if you want results.

Is the G101 any different to this one:

Same price AFTER the reduction but with better color (in my own opinion).

Both product don't appear to be on the yorkfitness website.

I would like to know what your routine is. How many calories do you take in per day?

I do a 3 day split, twice a week. I take in between 3600-4500 cals a day

Still around
