It might seem a good deal at first but there's two issues here.

One is that the hotel isn't actually in the Yorkshire Dales, it's next to an industrial estate on a busy road on the Southern edge of Skipton which, although a pleasant town, is hardly the remote rural idyll the website implies.

Secondly a quick search reveals that the deal isn't available on Friday or Saturday nights, which are of course the ones most people would choose to book.

So on balance, cold.

Thanks for that, had a look on googlemaps and the front of the hotel looks onto a manufacturing company, was going to book this for my anniversary, but changed mind now, pity!
