I got this ages ago from eBay and paid a lot more for it so a great deal.

Personally, I think Gillian and also the Diet Doctors program are doing more for obesity and this nations health than any doctor on the NHS ever will.

This book and anything else by G. McKeith is worth nothing. Her science is wrong: her statements and explanations are foolish. As a Biology teacher, I find her utterances scandalous.
Why pay money when you already know that you should eat less, eat a balanced diet and exercise more? Buy a nice steak (or tasty veg if non-meat eater) instead.

Couldn't agree more about the so called Dr McKeith. Most of what she spouts is utter rot sprinkled with a little common sense however some of it is positively dangerous. If you want some background on her dodgy doctorate and hokum theories try this article:
