Nah. Tartare or burger sauce is the win for breaded fish Although if you aren't a fan of gherkins; tartare won't be.

Maybe not a lot - but it's fish slurry. The fish equivalent of mechanically recovered meat. Yughhhh.

I assume at this price these are 100% pure fresh cod??
