Tesco and Waitrose at the moment want £6.00 while in Sainsbury's it's £4.00. Whilst very few people will pay the full price @ £2.81 i think you could serve them something a bit Special with Christmas just round the corner.

I'm NOT trying to hide anything and neither are Young's! Any product covered in Batter or Breadcrumbs will normally be between 40% and 60% and the best "Responsibly sourced fish" is always going to be very expensive.

I would guess that whole scampi means that it is not reformed. As for the 41% scampi remark what do you expect when they are in breadcrumbs, this is typical unless you want to pay more for an extra 20% fish, if you want 100% fish then buy prawns.
