Refreshed 20th Mar 2019 (Posted 15th Mar 2019)

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Full YouTube premium with YouTube music at a stupidly low price. YouTube premium just got released in India for an amazing 129 rupees or like £1.40.

What you need

  • VPN that supports India (I use NordVPN)
  • fee free card such as Monzo, Starling (my favourite), revolut
  • indian address generator

Simply go into the Indian YouTube premium page, sign up with your fee free card and the fake address and you're away. £10 a month saved for a great service.

Beats the previous cheapest in Russia which was around £2.30

One free VPN with India supported is TunnelBear. I successfully used this to sign up to this deal.

I just don't need this badly enough to start all that VPN, monzo thing. In fact I don't need it at all.

It may not have all the features of Youtube Premium but I use Youtube Vanced on my phone. I hate the way Youtube wanted me to pay to have the app running in the background

Yup, if it helps one person (which it has...me) it's worthwhile posting

I've popped in the VPN thread so may help others find a deal whilst using this offer.

Thanks again!

Do you have to keep the VPN on permanently to use the service or just when registering?
Do u have to use a VPN just for the signup. Or every time you login ?
Revolut doesn't support INR
I was waiting to this to be released in India since ages.
Thanks I ignored the Turkish and Russian vpn deals.
This makes much more sense as I keep travelling there and use Indian content as well.

Cheers Op!
Heat from me!
Works great - fortunately already have a Monzo and Nord VPN account , the rest was easy - thanks for sharing !

I have a monzo account, but never used it with INR. How would the transaction work when payment for subscription is taken. Also there is a few attached to monzo for international transfers or so. Revolut is not supported so can't use that.
If they beat Netflix then worth it, until that even a £1 per month is too much.
Brilliant deal and done in minutes
Does a curve card work fee free for this?

cheers

I've gone a step further and signed to the family account around £2 for the month. Hopefully I can get my other half on it too.

I used:
IPVanish (sign up only)
FairFX card (loaded it with £50 - only need £25ish for the year)
Fake indian address and used it in billing and sign up address

All went through, disconnected VPN, now working fine on my phone under my normal account.
Be advised though, this is still the trial period - the test will be when the trial is up and the first charge kicks in. We'll see.

Heat added regardless

Reading the other VPN threads adding family members doesn't work as it says you are in another country?

I sent the invitation whilst still on the VPN.

In regards to them adding themselves from the invite, I'm not sure. It may be a glitch of sorts that it may just check the main account. Depends how complex it is.

Will need to give my missus a nudge to sign in etc. But as I mention above it may only be an issue after trial finishes.

Any idea if it’s easy enough to switch from my Ukraine setup to India?

Cheers, smooth enough used nord and cancel free trial
Worth paying this, if only to stop the prompts to sign up!
How much is the family version? I use russian one and it's £4
Thanks signed up
