Zara Sale - Online

Found 15th Jan 2014
I know the official sale started a few weeks back but I tend to hold out a few weeks for further reductions as the initial sale is generally quite poor.
Many items reduced by 50% and more. I managed to get the kids quite a few items of clothing. Still many sizes in stock.

Haha this made me chuckle!

I went in today to zara and got a great coat for £111 down to £40. Some great deals and looked like most the shop was on sale.
Website had some good deals too.

does anyone have a free delivery code?

Good find, just bought two coats! Ta!

Zara have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Try taking something back and they will make it as difficult as possible for you. Not to mention insult and embarrass you at the same time!

I will be avoiding ZARA from now on

I could never be able to wear Zara trousers which are all so skinny.......

Thanks! Just ordered two more coats!

Thanks OP. Just bought a few things in the sale!

bought some stuff. thanks op
also - agree about customer service and i will tell them to get their duty manager out if they will treat me badly ( that is if i need to return anything)

great deals... think i just gave myself a makeover!

some good deals on there

thank you so much

will it be the same prices in store?

True about the customer service. I went in the other day to return a coat I bought at full price and to buy it back at the sale price. They told me They they are not authorised to do that. And this was after customer services said it would be fine. They managers were looking at me like I was lying. And to top it off I can't get through to customer services now. No answer. Left plenty of messages. But nothing.

some nice stuff for girls too. thanks op ordered!

Unless you are able to find the reduced item instore, most stores won't let you do that to be honest. If you see the same item you bought at full price reduced instore (same size as well), bring it with you to the cashier and they'll give you the reduced price. If they can't do it, all you have to do is buy it at the reduced price and then return the full priced item.

Zara are truly useless. I bought two different pairs of trousers once. The sales guy was lazy so just scanned one of them twice. I then had to return both but because the receipt didn't match the other trousers which wasn't scanned, they refused to refund me even after speaking with the manager. In the end I had to get Amex to do the refund.

Never setting foot in their shtty shops again. There's a reason why their stuff is so cheap.

Just popped in my local and there's plenty of sale items, there are some great reductions but I wasn't impressed by the quality. I remember Zara used to do better stuff in the past, I was looking at coats and jackets and their offerings are pretty dire for the most part.

Any1 ordered from Zara b4 and had it delivered to the shop? Does it have to be you that collects or can some1 collect for you?

I concur with this too. Zara's quality is definitely not like it use to be. The materials for some items are awful however there might be the odd shirt that might suffice.

Indeed. A lot of the stuff wouldn't look out of place in Primark.

Bought a few items today in store with great discounts. I agree with those who say quality has somewhat deteriorated but there are still some really great quality products. Bought a lovely high neck jumper for £12.99, down from £45.99 and a silk cotton tshirt also for £12.99 from £45.99. Worth having a look, as both things I bought aren't on the website.

Their store general managers are truly useless aswell, they seem to have a chip on their shoulder and want to take it out on any customer they can.

I used to buy all my clothes from them but not any more due to their disgusting level if customer service

Go to pilot, more expensive but much better quality

I sent a complaint to Zara Home (never had trouble in the clothing stores) because the sales assistant was so damn rude! whatever happened to the customer being priority! this guy was acting like the sun shined out of his backside all because he worked in a nice shop!

I'd assume as long as the collector has the details and maybe you phoned ahead then it should be fine

i bought 9 items for delivery and 3 days later the order is still 'processing' how slow is that!
