Agreed. I'm not gonna fork out £280+ just to play a game that's going to run absolutely fine on my Wii U

cause there is loads of games coming out on Wii U...

Was going to say the U version is £40 in Amazon, but it's not available any more. Odd!

Oops!! I've convinced myself the game doesn't exist on the WiiU to make my Switch purchase feel like less of an idiotic one. Turns out I convinced myself more than I realised.

No they're not. I'm buying the Wii U version. Won't be buying the Switch until they sort out the price of the console and the accessories. And until they have a decent library of games, both first and third party. Very skeptical and disappointed about a lot of things with the Switch. Got burnt badly with the Wii U. Nintendo owe us Wii U owners big time but they don't care. Online, what little we've heard sounds like a mess and convoluted. And they want us to pay for it. This from a company that's been a disaster in that regard and wouldn't even let us chat in matches. Trust me, I could type for another hour about the mistakes they've made. Ultimately, I think Switch is another mistake, not as big as Wii U but still it won't do well in the long run. I hope I'm wrong but my predictions have been on the money for a very long time.

N-E-V-E-R... I'm not enabling Nintendo with their pricing lunacy. Where they're more concerned with RIPPING OFF customers as opposed to providing genuine value. Yeah, alright mate. £50-60 for a low budget glorified mobile phone / tablet game? GTFO!

They never said there was. Just that they'd buy the Wii U version as they already have one. That way it's a £40 game instead of a £330 one.

What are simply games like for release date delivery?

100% not buying the switch. But I do have this Wii U version on pre-order.

Unfortunately paid a lot less than this so can't vote hot.

my wii u copy with amazon is £33.25 (Nus 5% discount - now expired but still in effect and the cheap preorder price from last year)

Not the best price, but they have often delivered early. I can afford the extra few quid for the possibility of more Zelda time - one of my fave series.

One of the few games I've pre-ordered, largely because I figured the Wii U version might not get a decent run. With an Amazon code it brought it down to about £30.

I'll get a Switch when its library has a few new games and it drops in price. Hoping for £250 with Mario, though that might be a touch optimistic.

Cold for the gratuitous use of exclamation marks

I'm holding out for 35 on wii u. Wanted it on switch but I'm not prepared to pay 340.....was hoping for 250
