I got a Mario world 1 on mine but not a bad deal have some heat

Thanks.

Do you know any retailers in the UK that can design your own skins or have more designs than based on Mario/Zelda?

I'd like an all cover skin for the body and controllers if possible.
Heat from me, i nearly got it from game at £10 dunno why cold
Don’t these ruin the switches paint when removed?

No, these use a different adhesive and the do not affect the switch at all. I can confirm this from personal experience.
Why is this voted cold? It looks cool
You'll have to travel to Hyrule to find one in stock

its going cold because 99% of the nintendo community and youtube community have had bad experience with them, they have a bad glue that reacts to the console, dock, joy cons. it has a rotting effect and starts to eat into the plastic.. some company's have even given out mass refunds and some are offering to replace the damaged consoles.. its not worth the risk..

There is always one. fact correction time.

around a year ago a vinyl skin manufacturer (dbrand) announced they were cancelling all orders related to switch. because they found their adhesive, instantly started wearing down the plastic.

dbrand put a reddit post warning not to buy any skin. Rather than admit it was an issue with their own brand of adhesive specifically their ego was such, they arrogantly acted as if "ours don't work then no ones can"

pdp then responded saying there skins have been tested and approved by nintendo. with no issues

if you look specifically for the pdp skins (there are only 2 officially licensed 1 zelda,1 mario) on youtube, there's not a single one with an issue of damaging the switch after removing. even after nearly a year of use. (hell even the unlicensed ones that are avilable do NOT eat at the plastic like the dbrand ones did) even on reddit i can't find people saying pdp skins damaged the machine after removal.

frankly it's no surprise that dbrand skins would wreck a swicth, they use 3m adhesive which is far harder to remove to begin with and requires much more force to remove than most other skin brands. and also dbrand stated it happen after REPEATED removal and reapplication, so doing that with really stong adhesive would damage most plastic things.

as for the refund stuff, the only cases i've seen is of companies who use industrial strength adhesive on their products which is asking for trouble...they've then stopped production of these skins.

to sumarise, these do not have any issues outside the normal risks decorative skins give you. i.e if you mess up putting it on you've wasted your money & once you take it off it aint going back on etc
