I've got one of these from previous Geekbuying deal. It's awesome. For anyone that doesn't know what it is... It stabilises your videos taken with your phone or action camera (adapters are about £10). I've mounted my Yi action cam to it without adapter and it's fine.

My videos are buttery smooth. Approx 12 hours on full charge, can be used to charge devices via the supplied USB c cable, includes carry case.

Can accommodate larger phones (used with my Mi Max) with weight up to circa 200 grams.

This is still £71.38 from lightinthebox

Bought it from there last friday.

lightinthebox.com/zhi…1.1

Nice price for this gimbal (even better from lightinthebox), but as an fyi Amazon have this for £99 (or £107 with the action cam plate).

Not as good a price obviously, but I consider it an insurance premium.

Yours is a good price, Lutin. But given the choice of only a few pounds, I'd still go for GB over AliExpress or Lightinthebox as they tend to dispatch quickly, have the items in stock and I've never had a missed delivery / unable to dispatch excuse in the past few years I've ordered. Although, I did buy mine from Geekbuying (cos at that time, the difference was circa £40) and Geekbuying also provided good service.

Love mine. Walking around Trafford Centre on Saturday and the videos came out looking almost like a christmas promo video.

Good point - I've never actually used lightinthebox before. Gearbest have always been fairly reliable. I've used Geekbuying to and they seemed to deliver quicker than Gearbest. Will be interesting to see if I get this before christmas from lightinthebox.

Just checked and lightinthebox shipped my item yesterday, which is a good sign.

I've found Geekbuying to be really quick with deliveries compared to Gearbest btw. I've ordered 2 things from geekbuying and they've both come within 8 days.

Gearbest, on the other hand is closer to 30 days.

Not sure what lightinthebox is like, but I'll find out soon.

Non of my gearbest deliveries exceed 20 days. The only thing I found was if I selected British expedited, it took longer (yodel... Figures), but always arrived. My gimbal took Geekbuying 9 days from order to delivery.

I ordered one of these from gearbest a couple of weeks back,it arrived within 4 days as it was sent from within the UK and not from china like I first thought.

Great gimbal for the price.,well impressed with mine when used with my Galaxy Note 8 and GoPro hero 4.

You don't need to pay extra for a mount for an action camera !

Thanks for that. I got it because I thought it would work best with the mount, but it actually works worse. I hadn't quite realised that I'd be able to see the gimbal in my shots which was a great disappointment. I'll give the much more simple and straightforward method in your link a go, seems like a much better option! Thanks!

EDIT: Just tried that method and is a much better solution than using the mounting plate.

I should start charging £5 for the link as like you said it works better and would still be cheaper

Yeah

Yeah, I feel kinda stupid for spending the extra £8 on the mounting plate thanks again!

Not more stupid than me... Took delivery of a mount for my Yi action cam yesterday... Didn't fit! 🙄😁 To their credit, the seller did realise his eBay pics were misleading and processed PayPal refund within an hour of my complaint.

I too will stick with the method recommended above.
