Thanks for all the info this thread guys....it doesnt seem like you can upload the photos though - still need to print out and send in with other supporting documents as far as I can tell

Can’t believe people still pay that much for passport size pics. As people have said before, take it to ASDA and get it for less than a pack of crisps. COLD

a photo is a photo. don't matter what apparatus is used to take the photo as long as it is good enough quality and the camera on a lot of smart phones are very good these days, especially samsungs. for renewal, they will have your old photo to check against as to whether your appearance has changed dramatically, in which case they will ask for a paper photo to be countersigned. brilliant system and a step into the modern era.
