What part of an Emu is the oil extracted from?

From between the muscle and skin, it's removed and refined when the birds are slaughtered - one reason I will not be using this product.

Thanks ordered. Good find.

The difference is, you're talking about a couple of pound or less difference at Tesco.

The difference is a few grams of carbs and fat with the same amount of protein (78%) if you want to spend about £50/60 more on ON because of those few grams be my guest but it's crazy.

It's more tending towards the Italian fit than the English.

What is the sizing like on these?

I'm a 46" chest, but I like a reasonably tight fitting top - XL or XXL

Great deal - shame it's Blue. I'm a Red rider and this will go against my red cycling shoes. Have some heat anyway!

Good price - especially with arm warmers. I've seen these jerseys and they're good quality

Protein bar looks good tho, as theyre normally at least £1+. Personally, for energy, I like my ASDA SmartPrice flapjacks =D 70~p for 360g, followed by an apple/banana just before workout.

duhhh..... that'll be why 'freebie' is in quotes

p.s. the bottle must be worth £50 on it's own. After all it is a genuine Cervélo Test Team water bottle

I tried the Fruit without the Sugar, it was discusting, will try it wil some sugar to see if that makes it any better, I hope so.

EDIT: Tried it with sugar, still disgusting. I find the energy bar quite nice

Got mine and very impressed

Ive tried the protein bar and it was horrible to be honest, i dont hold out much hope for the energy bar.
Haven't tried the gel yet, i got a ZV7c The caffeine energy gel instead of the original so i look forward to trying that

The energy drink is good, took the fruit punch one with me on my run today and i really think it made a difference, i will be trying the other one next time. However i agree with the other comments about it, i added a little bit of sugar to mine to make it a bit more palatable.

However if the other one performs as well as i think the first one did i will be putting in an order for some big tups considering they are 2 for 1 so 2.8kg of powder = 80 x500ml = about 31-32p per 500ml which is a great price point!

Got mine today, will have to try it when I play tennis next or football

I used some of mine on a 105 mile ride yesterday (Liverpool Chester 90 mile sportive + mileage to and from the start/finish). The zipvit energy powders do work, I didn't have any real solid food all day other than some malt loaf for breakfast, so all my energy came from the Zipvit products I was testing out.
Only criticism is that the flavour of the energy powder is quite weak, I have a sweet tooth

davedave3 - go lose some weight.

Hopefully I should get mine today Got despatched email friday
