Taking their time releasing Paradox

Dragon32

Thanks for that as have Netflix. I think I've seen 10 Cloverfield Lane and loved it. Must admit when I'm watching a film as long as I can make out what is happening and no people getting up to get popcorn then I don't care how sharp the image is. :D

jimel

I'm not arguing or anything; but Netflix offers rental at lower bitrate. Blu Ray offers permanent ownership, higher bitrate, and extras including in this case a well-regarded commentary (see review on www.bluray.com)

JustSawThis

I think Cloverfield is on Netflix if you already pay for that.

By smart does it mean catch up tv channels ? I keep expecting digital downloads to become cheaper and disc material to be dearer down to the higher costs involved, don’t actually understand why that is not happening tbh

Seriously, one film which didn't receive the great reviews it should have : Swimming With Sharks (also released as the Buddy Factor....but what an awesome original movie title). It's a parody on the Hollywood business; The Player receives better plaudits but SWS pees all over it, incredible script

Have some heat good price, odd choice of movies to represent the 90’s but still good ones. My Choice Goodfellas - my favourite Mob Movie Clerks - important to both indie film and the beginning of the career of Kevin Smith (I do love Mallrats though and Dogma, well all of them) and a comedy The Matrix - Best Sci-Fi Movie that ends the 90’s Terminator 2 - Best Sci-Fi that ebgins the 90’s Resevoir Dogs - it was a tough choice between this and Pulp Fiction, but this one was Tarintos 1st so I went with that. The Mummy - Yes I like that one so I’ll stick with that From Dusk Till - can’t decide beween a Action movie or a Horror? Why not have both? Robert Rodriguez finest along with Desperado Hard Boiled- the best Asian Action film of the 90’s by John Wo

Cheers OP. If you want a real Brucie bargain, can't do much worse than this: http://live.brucespringsteen.net/live-music/0,20734/Bruce-Springsteen---The-E-Street-Band-mp3-flac-download-10-18-1975-The-Roxy-West-Hollywood-CA.html Just released about an hour ago. Wonderful live album from 1975. Bruce releases one live album a month from the archives.

“I come from a boardwalk town where everything is tinged with just a bit of fraud – so am I … I’ve never held an honest job in my entire life … never worked nine-to-five … I’ve never seen the inside of a factory and yet it’s all I’ve ever written about. Standing before you is a man who has become wildly and absurdly successful writing about something of which he had absolutely no experience. I made it all up.” Genius

Better for £49.99 few days ago. Got mine, very pleased and films look quite good too. Bargain really at £70 plus I think. Also sign up to mailing list and get 10% off of dvds blu rays or other merchandise. Not this unfortunately. I paid more for an LG a few years ago . Never again, hardly any use and died.Quoted more to fix it then buy a new one. It was only just over 2 years old. Thus Panasonic seems better made, easier to use, generally a good buy. Thi Hope helps someone who is sitting on fence.

Lord.vader

I smeared it over her glasses instead and turned it to black and white then she was happy

luvclub

Everything else looks like lego because it is just a true representation of the source due to there being 4 times more pixels on a 4k screen when compared to a 1080p screen. On a 1080p screen things just don't appear as sharp. A workaround is by smearing vaseline over the 4k screen which would blur the pixels out and give the same visual effect as watching the same source on a 1080p screen. (lol) Only joking! But talking about Vaseline and televisions. Previously i had a light scratch on my lcd tv and it would refract the light pretty badly especially on plain light images. Rubbing Vaseline lightly into the scratches and buffing away the surrounding excess would fill them in and the scratches would no longer refract light and appear almost invisible!
