I'm a bit disappointed it didn't drop a few weeks ago. I would have had this rather than spend £800 on a Dell XPS8700 like I did. Even though the Dell was a good deal and a better machine I'm not sure its anywhere near £500 better.

Thank you - ordered it!

Watch out! Only a crappy 300W PSU!. So you will need to replace the PSU to upgrade the Graphics card to play the latest gamesgames. Excellent find for an Intel i7, 16Gb ram and 1TB HD! Also no USB 3 ports. All in all a good basic unit.

check out the price drop on camelcamelcamel which tracks Amazon prices, im guessing it will go back up pretty quickly: uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Zoo…QP4

True but a lot of recent games run well on Intel HD graphics on the CPU. I can run Borderlands 2, dota 2, Payday 2 and Skyrim fine on low-mid settings.

You can upgrade PSU and get a GPU if you want to, but not everyone will.

For £8 extra, another 1TB more and windows 8.If you want win.8 that is.

We use this model at work, it is a nice fast machine. Reliability is good. We bought ten of these twelve months ago and we've had no failures.

Just be careful if you are hoping to use it for a dual screen setup. Zoostorm have used two different mother boards in these. Our first batch worked fine. But the second batch had problems. The screens kept flickering. It would seem the onboard graphics couldn't support two screens at full res. The only difference was the brand of motherboard.

If anybody wants further info, I can find out on Monday

Buy a new power supply and case, the Zoostorm cases and PSU's they use are terrible.

Seems ridiculously cheap that i7 CPU retails at over £200 on its own usually

Put a 750ti inside and you'll be able to play nearly all current titles on high settings, the likes of Skyrim you'll be able to play on ultra, without having to replace the PSU.

Great price. Very tempted to buy and say goodbye to my trusty i5 laptop.

I posted this one. couldn't bear the win8 hate debate again!

Monster for the price! 3770 is capable of most if not all tasks an average user would need. Upgrade some bits and get a great gaming PC sub £500.

sold out!

The Win8 one is still available

£659.00 showing now.

Yeah, someone bought 8 of the last 10. The Win7 ones are all gone now. That Win8 one looks like it'll take weeks to get delivered.

darn, OOS...

Whilst not these specific machines, I brought 300 zoostorms and can assure you they are used all day every day in a heavy duty environment and in little over a year we've had two SSD's fail and that is it - when compared to the failure rate of the machines they replaced, it's literally night and day.

The cases on my ones were far from terrible and I'd hazard a guess at 'decent for the price'.

I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend a zoostorm machine

Three to six week shipping time - gives them plenty of time to cancel -worth a try though

So a £15 PSU X). 37/47 CPU not a lot in it tbh, both are overkill imho. Spend the rest on a half decent GFX card and the OPs post wins, assuming the motherboard is any good of course and has PCIE 3...... Hard drives are cheap (could probably get another TB within that £130 with a bit of work) and being totally honest i've never used the USB3 port on my machine (apart from benchmarking flash drives) although I admit it would be useful if I wanted to back up loads of data to an external drive.

Well thats my assessment anyway

Bang in a 750ti for £90 and you have a capable little gaming PC.

In contrast, AMD's R7 260X eats up almost double the wattage with its 115W TDP. Nvidia's PSU requirement for the 750 Ti is also low at just 300W, so you won't need a beefy 500W or 750W beast to power this mini GPU
