the clock speeds are quite low on this card, makes me wonder why?

Yeah, to be fair it's a very basic GTX 780. But still powerful non the less. It's the cheapest 780 at the moment that I can find in stock.

Next cheapest is this Gainward one at £373.22 which has much better specs

where are all these no name companies coming from
They've been around for a few years now.
Avoid this company at all costs! I've ordered a GTX 670 mini from them around a month ago. Because their prices are always lower than any retailers in the UK, for a reason of course. I had to wait 3 weeks for a dispatch notice and it was actually from China and I was advised that it would be delivered within 2 weeks. I had to file a complaint over PayPal coz I'd never used them before and I just wanted to make sure I don't lose my hard earned money for nothing. Then they cancelled my order straight away and asked me for £20 re-stocking fee. I rang them up explaining that I still wanted the card and I filed a complaint just for assurance. They said this is their procedure and even I still wanted the item, I need to pay the £20. I refused to pay it and they said they were going to send me a solicitor letter.

Zotac cards are made by PCPartner. They did use Zotac for their Nvidia branding and Sapphire for AMD, but I think they also own inno3d as well as another brand called Manly youtube.com/wat…pcw

I already knew this, I ment the company selling these cards, also I highly recommend Zotac

Oh i see. Yeah, i guess its that time of year where a few dodgy websites are created. I've noticed this PcmShop.info keeps popping up on Google shopping searches over the last few days. I think ILGS (I Love Going Shopping) have been around for a while though.
